How is anyone giving an opinion on this? We don't know incomes, estimate home proceeds, the truck value or even the state... we also don't know if any other large assets, liquid or otherwise are changing hands.

1,400 a month could be insane, or a great deal all things considered.

What does your lawyer think? You better get one asap because without knowing more, you are 100% getting a shitty deal as it stands. CS cannot be negotiated so you are getting played "agreeing" to her proposal.

I would never include child support as negotiable because it can always be adjusted after the divorce is final. They could agree to less child support then turn around and file for a modification after the divorce.
