Been there mate, it got better for me. It's like high school, every thing was a big deal. Then after every thing wasn't as important. Get a lawyer and do your best. After the separation, family and mutual friends told me how my ex used to tell them casually how she would do things on purpose because she knew it would upset. Going to court and all the co parenting stuff, I started to see that she was still trying to do things to upset me. Got to take the power back.

If you were given $86400.00 dollars a day how would you spend it? Would you give have to your ex?

There is 86400 seconds in a day, how much of that time is your mind spending on your ex?

Spend that time money on important things, like exercise, cooking, reading etc. It's hard I know, but the soon you start the better you will be.

Ugh, I know it's tough, brother. I know it sounds really cliche, but you have to just take things one day at a time. I wish there was some magical button I could give you that would make everything better. I would invest the most effort into trying to tie up loose ends and settle any pending matters. Women love to drag the stuff out, but do whatever you can with your attorney to force her to close things up.

I would recommend finding a church that can provide moral support and strengthen your belief in God. I'll probably get down voted for saying that, but the reality is that God is bigger than all of our problems. The evil that exists in this world is a result of mankind's rebellion against God.

I am sorry you have to go through that man. Can you use something as leverage to strong arm the divorce? Have you consulted with lawyers about this? Dig up some dirt?

Only way to beat out the mental suffering is to transform it into positive physical pain. Work out so hard that your body is killing you. It will take away from the mental pain. And you will end up looking great.
