I feel somewhat better now. My soon to be ex wife won't admit it, but she's cheating. Yesterday she cut up her wedding dress and gave me our rings back. It hurt.

If you live in an at fault state...what your doing is ok but otherwise why put yourself thru all this. Go thru with the divorce and be done with it.

Dude. Record it clearly and gather your research on the side (quietly), TALK TO A FEW LAYWERS IMMEDIATELY, and then ask her CALMLY if she could explain that behavior. Don’t rise to anger - invite her to tell you the truth because lying would just insult your intelligence. Don’t tell her you talked to a lawyer but do calmly show her your research (minus the gps).

If you suspect something and you’re not overly paranoid/insecure, then chances are good somethings going on.

Don’t try to fight or control but do decide calmly what YOU will do. Is it leave? Talk to your lawyer first - not her. You will most likely need to protect yourself (the courts are not in your favor).

So many brothers do this absolutely the wrong way but you need to keep a clear head and keep records of EVERYTHING.
