So sharing to share. So had first temporary support hearing today. I am direct depositing from work $8k/mo into our joint account for the STBX, the rest goes into my personal account. She's asking for $13k/mo and $10k in legal fees!!! The thing is that when we were together our total monthly expenses were about ~$11.5k AND I took over paying the mortgage, my credit cards, my student loans and my life insurance. So I'm paying $6k/mo in bills and giving her $8k/mo (which should be +$2k/mo for life) but she's asking for $7k/mo more than when we were together (and again I'm paying the mortgage).

So she didn't submit all of the required account information / paper work. And she's violated our temporary financial restraining order but running up $30k of new debt from our joint line of credit.

The judge issued an continuance, so we meet again May 24th. The thing is she has never provided the paper work / records for our crypto (she really wanted to buy into that stuff). I have the username/password to accounts but I can not access them because she has the two-factor authentication for the accounts. I'm beginning to think she might have sold some of the stuff or transferred it.

Which would be great for me, because another violation of the temporary financial restraining order. It'll all balance out in the end and I can afford to wait. We have a very simple (if expensive) life. Everything will be split 50/50 + spousal support. We don't have kids, a second home, own a business. We have to sell the house because she can't afford it and I don't want (and I don't want to buy her out of her equity). This is the best housing market to sell for years to come, and I do understand that while she will get a shit ton of money; she can't afford to buy anything in this area and even rentals are over priced and hard to find.

Mediation is set for June 13th. So fingers crossed, May 24th is another continuance or no real change. Mediation we can reach some kind of agreement, get this house sold sooner rather than later; and we are done. Worst case, we don't sell that house until a judge orders the sale in Jan/Feb of 2023, it goes for a lot less, BUT it's still over. I would lose money but it will hurt her way more. I mean she could loose over $100k here?!? Its in her interest more than mine to sell now???

Anyway, just sharing because I can.
