I got an email from my wife’s lawyer. Basically it said, here’s your electronic copy of the divorce decree that was approved on xx Dec 2020. You are divorced.

That’s about as anticlimactic as it gets. We started with a bang and went out with a whimper. In a way I’m glad there was no dramatics, but it’s kind of sad that 20 years of marriage ended with an email. Oh well, on ward and upwards. Oh wait, Forgot that now starts the painful process of removing her from my insurance, medical, dental, etc.
