Hi all,

Basically, I’m looking at a divorce. I have two kids, a condo and cash. She wants me gone. I don’t mind (she pretty much ground me down to this point), but I want 50/50 with the kids. I want to play an active role in their lives. She can stay in the condo (good schools) and I’ll move.

My question, how do I prevent from losing access to my kids? I think she’ll accept a condition when where a lawyer will mediate between the two of us (she can have half). But how do I not lose my kids?
