Hi guys. I’m confused. It’s been a very confusing year for me. X wife asked for divorce last December and I gave it to her after trying to convince her but she refused. This was uncontested So it was easy and the judge signed the dissolution on everything. She let me have everything bcs she said that she only wanted the divorce plus 45k and a car so I gave her exactly what she wanted. She gave me full custody of my daughters 13 and 7. No child support etc. she has all rights to see , call or visit the kids on paper. Judge gave her 90 days. She supposed to leave by 5/09/23 but all of the sudden, she decided to change her mind and not leave the Country bcs she said on paper that she was leaving back to her country of origin. Than she said that she was getting an apartment but never did bcs we’re still living together. She doesn’t pay any bills in my house I pay for everything. All bills r under my name. She only pays for groceries and I pay her some of it too bcs she can say that she isn’t caring for the kids while I’m at work at night. I’m just trying to be peaceful and not fight about anything. Meanwhile, she’s been having sex with me all this time. In Missouri there is a 30 days waiting period in court for divorce. During that period she had sex with me too many times and I wasn’t sure why a person would ask for divorce and keep a sexual relationship. I’m a Man and love having sex. So it is hard for me to say no when I’m being approached by a person that I’m still attracted to. But I just can’t trust her after what she did and I really don’t want to be married to anyone in my life. I’ve told her the truth but she keeps on trying. We’re still having a sexual relationship. I look at it as a boyfriend girlfriend relationship now. I’ve came from a different culture and my parents, brothers, sisters wants me to kick her out but I’m unable to do that mostly bcs of my kids and also we don’t wanna ended like that. She doesn’t talk to any of my family member and they don’t talk to her as well. It’s basically a shit show Im dealing with. Just now again she dropped a comment saying when we get back together and I’ve told her That I will not be using my last name next to anyone period. But she doesn’t get it at all. In Missouri common Law is not recognized plus she doesn’t pay any of my utilities or any bills so I’m not super worried yet. Plus if she’s watching her own kids, I don’t know why I should stop her. What really made me not to trust her anymore is when she started asking for money and was threatening if I don’t start the process she would ask for more etc. I’m not welling to risk my life anymore. Unfortunately we could only have a simple but honest relationship without marriage. I’m lost.
