This is unregistered anxiety.
Sure man hating women exist but again women are people, and a lot of that hatred comes from a valid place of exploitation.
A lot of this is projection by men who only think about sex, so they assume women only think about sex.

More unregistered anxiety. Yes false accusation exist and absolutely do happen, but the majority of complaints are true unfortunately.

This why we keep telling people to touch grass. Texting, social media and the internet are not valid replacements for real world interaction. They are so different from reality that they are basically completely different worlds. Sure they influence each other, but they are not the same and they are not interchangeable.

And the problem is that so many people refuse to accept this to the point they have lost the ability to separate the fiction/incomplete truths from the internet from full reality.

A disturbing amount of people (not just the red pilled) are walking around in a state of delusion because their perception of reality has been warped by the innately incomplete info they consume on the internet.

And it's better for me to not engage with women on social media, but only in person and only communicate through iMessage.

I came to the same conclusion. Women are people too, and just like dudes the ones willing to actually interact with you in real life are the ones you should put your energy towards.

A lot of dudes get bitter because they foolishly waste their time trying to interact with women online. Talk is cheap and social media is even cheaper. If anyone isn't willing to spare some time to engage in real life, they aren't worth your time.

So many dudes could make their dating life easier if they just accepted these simple truths.

Proud of you for getting out there and actually interacting with people. There's no better way to debunk the red pill than just being around women.

I would also like to add that most rape accusations, false or otherwise, never even get investigated, let alone go to trial. So the odds of someone ruining your life by making such an accusation are fairly low. (In fact, men are statistically more likely to be raped than to be falsely accused of rape.)

I was never RedPill as I grew up mostly around women, but a lot of my friends ended up becoming RedPill.

RedPill is what happens when you live chronically online and treat Online Dating as the be all end all. Yes, men will do poorly online but that’s because the initiative is placed on men to pursue.

It amazes and saddens me that any of this stuff seemed remotely plausible, much less true -- in order to believe any of it, you'd have to be very socially isolated. OP, I'm so glad you're moving away from this stuff, which was cooked up by people who want to use and exploit people like you. The only time I've had a sex life was in my 20s, when I was with another lady. My life as an underemployed woman in the 2010s was 55% work, 20% hobbies, 15% social life, 10% looking for a better job.

Now, as fully employed woman in my 30s, I am 100% at work and can barely afford rent. I wish I had the time and energy to flounce around like redpill bros think I do. Ironically, if I was magically not working and still earning an income, I'd use my time to go to green woodworking and HEMA classes; not go looking for a root.

My point being, I never saw men as people who go around having sex all the time. Or women. It requires so much bloody effort. All of our bits would hurt, too. 🙁

Rollo is inherently wrong about 80% of the pseudo psychology he spews in his books. He passes it off as gospel yet fails to provide sources and case studies. Most if not all of evolutionary psychology is an abject joke in itself. Rollos findings are nothing more than bro science and conformational bias.

One thing Ive noticed is how the redpill paints all women as 304’s. However in reality thats far from the case.

I love the observations about meeting women in person and how different it is from the internet. I'm a feminist woman here to learn more about red pill & what healing from it looks like and I feel like some online circles of feminism get sucked into men are only dangerous. Certain FB pages started to move me that way, but when I noticed (i was in my 30s) I unfollowed those pages and added more general good news pages to off set it.

And I'm personally interested by false accusations. I try not to see align it by gender so much as see it as toxic people using whatever is available to them, and some of those methods of manipulation are gendered.

So, I'm fascinated at the moment with the Blake Lively/Justin Baldoni SH/Retaliation trial. It's interetsing following the lawyers, seeing how many feminists are on Justin's side. How most people jumped on Blake's side at first and then once they saw the dance scene video realized she misrepresented events in her claim. It's interesting because, I think a lot of people feel safer getting mad at women that they think is toxic than they do getting mad at men they think are toxic. There's just so many layers of complexity to these trials. So, I wonder if there is value to ex red pillers to follow the trial, there is a lot of disagreement among feminists about the specifics of supporting men, believing women, and it really to me shows the variety of women's views. And sometimes on the internet I feel like the only feminist that thinks like I do, but there are a lot of comments around this trial that show more variation in opinions than usually see online.

Just some thoughts, I'm glad to see you're thinking more critically about what people are telling you. I'm interested more in how your internet use changes as a part of this process.

Not sure I fully understand this one but I wish men would talk to me in person. Men don’t even do that nowadays to even allow them to be accused of something, but maybe that’s just me.
I can confirm this. I know men have gone through a lot, in their own ways as individuals and as a gender, and even though I don’t fully understand it, I know there can be lots of pressure on them.
I’m not that busy, but the way men have retracted from showing women attention, there’s just no way this is even possible. Even if men were thinking about women all day they aren’t bugging us all day.
This one really shocked me. I thought men were incapable of monogamy, which I had to unlearn. But I thought it was assumed by both genders that women didn’t cheat. Even though women do cheat, I still have the belief that women are more likely to be more respectful and have more morals in that sense
Lots of women, including myself prefer 50/50. In fact I am afraid of a man who wants to pay more. I somehow associate it with men wanting to control women and then in turn believing they deserve something more in return (ie. cheating)
Same with this, I don’t expect this at all. It’s nice, but realistically how is that even feasible for the average man?
I never even considered this perspective, because to this day I still think men rule the world and that even if a woman accuses a man of something, there’s always a way out. But now I can see why you used to think this. Still though, it’s impossible.

So all in all, I don’t still believe some of these old assumptions about men, but it just goes to show that our minds can be skewed.

I've never seen it happen in real life, nor have I heard of it happening. Any time women have discussed being uncomfortable with a man approaching them, in my experience, it's either a) because they've had concerning encounters with the person before (ex. refusal to accept rejection, stalking, aggression, etc) or b) because it was in what might be considered a dangerous situation (ex. approaching as a stranger in the dark or while very high/drunk).
Absolutely yes. Empathy is not naturally restricted by sex or gender. I will say some women are more guarded around men and less likely to extend the degree of support that they might to another woman. However, that practice is very much the result of experiences with men misunderstanding their empathy as romantic interest or sexual attraction. I've never met a woman who I could qualify as a true misandrist.
YES. That's it. For many women, male attention plays a very minimal part of their day-to-day lives.

Yeah. There are definitely some women out there who prefer or even expect it, just like how there are some men who prefer to pay. How money fits into a relationship is very much a personal issue between the individuals involved, if they can't find a decent compromise, they might just not be a good match for one another.
Definitely not. Major considerations on first dates for women tend to center around safety and experiences (ex. talking vs doing an activity vs dining, etc) more than money. Don't get me wrong, some women do have expectations, but if you don't want to meet them that's totally reasonable. Make your own judgements about what a reasonable expectation is and look for a partner who has similar ideas.
Women definitely do not run the world lol. Look at who the people with the most wealth, political power, etc - the people who really have the potential to influence society - are. You'll still see a majority of male figures. Some women yes, but not enough to have the level of control you're thinking. As for the concept of false accusation, yes it happens on occasion and it can be very harmful, not just to the accused but to all the people putting forward real accusations because it undermines those claims. But here's what I keep in mind: For every false accusation that genuinely manages to harm someone, there are hundreds of real accusations that go ignored or even end up harming the victim.

Lastly, good job on setting boundaries for yourself. Doesn't matter if something works for someone else if it doesn't work for you. And mindful consumption of media is always a good thing. Sounds like you're in a much better place and I wish you the best.
