I hated myself for being a virgin.

Once I forced myself to lose my virginity out of self hatred bc I thought it's beta to be a virgin at 22 (I'm 25 now) the thing keeping me from dating

Now that I moved out it's because I'm still socially awkward which i see as a degenerate quality

When I have tried dating people I constantly second guess the relationship and feel uncomfortable around them which usually ends up with me distancing myself from them

So when I actually do date someone I don't enjoy myself but since my self worth is based on whether or not I'm dating or fucking someone I feel like I need to start dating because I view myself as a pussified beta male if I don't.

This is pretty much the permanent damage rp has done. I started being rp during the pandemic when I moved in with my parents and while I eventually distanced myself from trp nothing has changed about my negative attitude about my limited relationship experience.

I think the overall problem is; dating for the purpose of being in a relationship requires you to be open and vulnerable with other people and that's something I want to do
