So I'm going to start off with the issue I'm dealing with which is of course a very common one. Inability to have success with women.

I do not think I'm entitled to anything, but I know that I'd be unhappy with a life where I can not succeed with women. Whether success means just a fulfilling relationship or getting tons of lays, I cannot be sure of before I've actually got either of them. Right? It could be that maybe I'd need to get 100 lays and then find a fulfilling relationship. Maybe I'd be happy forever with the first relationship I get.

So I'm going to assume we will move ahead of the generic mainstream of advice of self improvement which I do follow. Despite not getting results from following it I know that these are definitely good things to do anyhow.

What I do already:

  1. Go to gym at least 3+ a week

  2. Take various supplements that I have figured to be healthy and useful in the long term

  3. Meditate 5+ minutes in most mornings

  4. Keep a private blog where I write my bigger goals, smaller goals, what I learned each day and what I think I could've done better and record all the highlights of the day

  5. Get enough sleep, have a healthy diet

  6. Be positive, encouraging and supportive towards my coworkers and friends. I avoid criticizing and judging unless I feel it's necessary or important and I figure it's productive towards the person and that person will actually take the criticism the correct way. I'm friendly and polite to all strangers I meet in real life, not to receive anything in return, but mostly because I feel it would be stupid not to.

  7. I have a career in IT which enables me to solve the problems I find mentally stimulating, so I'd say I'm following my passion as I keep wanting to become better at it and always learn more. Partly, because I want to make money, partly because I'm competitive and partly because I love solving abstract problems

  8. I have been on and off therapy for 8 years with various therapists and tried various medications. Throughout the years I've been diagnosed with depression, social anxiety, general anxiety and similar stuff. I feel like psychologists or psychiatrists usually don't seem to understand me or they just use some kind of text-book scheme or flow chart of which medications they should try without really understanding why I do not particularly like life. It seems quite simple to me that it's because I'm unable to get laid or get with women. When I hear the same story over and over again from then which I feel like they iterate from the textbooks they've learned from school I just get frustrated because I feel they are missing the point. Usually they start with SSRIs and try various of them and they all have the same unfortunate side effect of making me feel very uninspired and demotivated with life. I lose interest in also work and in general self improvement. Also killing any sexual drive and even giving me inability to orgasm so I can't even masturbate. The CBT is just 2 week visitations where the therapist iterates some common sense advice to you which I also feel like I could've read on most self help forums on the internet and gives you homework where you track your daily thoughts which I already do on a lot more hardcore level by having a private blog.

Thing is I can tackle all the other issues in life with ease. I can afford pretty much anything I need for survival,do common things people want such as travelling and live a worry free life thanks to IT being a good spot to be nowadays. I can google and research my way out of most problems using systematic approach and making big problems into subsets of smaller ones. I can handle job interviews really well, I get along with coworkers and they respect me, however I'm just unable to tackle the women issue.

If TRP/PUA is not a step closer to a solution then what would be? Or do you think that maybe I should not want women in my life at all and just accept that I'm forever alone? Because I'm unwilling to do that. But I'm legitimately trying to find out what I should do and so far the content of TRP/PUA seems to be the most logical and systematic approach to solve the issue. I have already read a lot of exredpill topics and posts, but I don't feel like it's either relevant on why TRP is bad or if there are some valid points to criticise theory I haven't seen a much better solution provided. So I'd like to hear some further opinions, have a discussion and a debate on this topic. I will be answering all the comments left here.
