It’s because women are people.

Like each woman is a whole separate person with her own internal world that is as rich and varied as your own. Her own motivations. Her own struggles. Etc. Just like you.

At least half of the Redpill content I’ve seen is encouraging men to work out, so I’m not seeing your point at all. It’s almost exactly the opposite.

I think the question you should be asking is, "is the version of me with more muscle more attractive than the version of me without?" Unless you're roided out already, the answer is almost certainly yes.

For the longest time, I was the scrawniest guy around, but eventually something clicked for me. Check out r/fitness or r/bodyweightfitness . I can recommend bodyweight to start because you can do it without equipment mostly. Be willing to check your ego at the door and start from the very bottom, starting from the easiest progression before working on harder ones. Work on yourself bit by bit, and eventually you'll see results.

NGL, it's hard work keeping at it. I've seen some guys say stuff like "women are too much work" but honestly it doesn't compare to the relentless grind of muscle building lol. On the positive side though, it's a very repeatable process, and once you get the basics down it's just a matter of adding progression steps now and then.

Has it worked for me? Keeping in mind that I'm still very much just a weekend warrior type, I do think I look much improved now and even turn heads sometimes. But even if that's not the case, I feel good, and I'm probably healthier and fitter than anytime before in my life. This in turn has given me a lot of confidence, which helps me go through life with a more positive attitude. I would say, in fact, this is one of the things red pill got right.

So yes, lift, or do push ups / pull ups / whatever. But do it for yourself. For your own health, strength and confidence. These are all good things and would IMO improve your life.

i’ve seen the opposite where people say women dont care about muscles and care more about height which you cant really do shit about
