Just a food for thought. My perspective on the incels and redpill is just that they are unfortunate, not evil. When a young guy acts normal, in a non-polarizing way, the reactions that he receives from women might be too neutral, like no reaction at all. When this young guy starts to fall into the redpill and the incel rabbit hole, his behavior might cause a polarization in people, often negative reaction by women. But is a negative reaction better than no reaction at all? My belief is that they think it is better. Maybe provoking negative reaction make them feel they are being "seen", like they are not invisible.

My hypothesis in summary: not knowing how to obtain a positive reaction, they prefer to obtain a negative reaction than no reaction at all.
