If he mentions your race at all in the first few dates that’s a giant red flag.

But the best way is to vet his dating history. Has he ever dated someone of his own race? Has he ever dated white girls? Both good signs. Has he only dated girls of your race? Bad.

All races/ethnicities have their lvm/nvm. It's about understanding that no one country or race or ethnicity's men are better than the other. Men are men no matter where on earth you are. You just need to find the hvm people that you are looking for.

I know that you we should be careful of guys who date, who date outside their race/ethnicity due to fetishisation. You can usually spot that by paying attention to the way the mention/speak about said ex's or nationalities in general.

Yup, I would seriously watch out for men with several ex’s of a different race. I’m a blonde Eastern European and my last Narc. Ex dated my literal twin right before me. We even share the same name (different spelling). So yeah, be careful out there and vet, vet, vet. Only accept high value behavior and if race becomes a topic of conversation, listen very carefully.

I think it's important to know his exes. My LVM ex claimed to love only asian, but his exes were from different ethnicities (he dated latina and caucasian before).

The only exceptions I allow is if they grew up/live in a high asian population area and if they have no specific interest in east asian culture. Even then, they shouldn't have more than 1 asian ex.

Idolizing anyone is a red flag, having obsession with actors, singers, dramas, etc. Red flag.

Obsession and idolizing behaviour is a sign of low self esteem and low self worth.

Honestly white guys who grew up with asians around them are fine. It’s the guys who are obsessed with asian culture who are terrible.

Non fetishizing white guys wont have much exposure to asian culture besides “teach me the swear words lmao” and “I like asian food” They are wary of disrespecting your culture (and don’t want to be like an ignorant racist) and try to be polite about asking about it.
