The only thing those paragraphs will tell a man is you're still emotionally invested in him and he can leverage that.

All it's going to take is another "I'm sorry, give me another chance" and it buys him more time with you on the hook.

When you fully realize just how shit a man is and that nothing you say will change that... there’s a freedom in that and the compulsion to keep sending paragraphs just disappears. At least that’s how it happened to me last breakup. Went full ghost, no contact, and I’m so glad. Why drag shit out?!

I do not paragraph. They don’t care and it’s a waste of energy. Plus, it gives them info on how to manipulate women better. They don’t need that.

I used to paragraph a lot!!! Its been almost 4 days since my last break up and I’m in struggle town. BUT I have managed to not paragraph at all. God knows how! But I think it’s because I realised I have spent 10 or so months explaining how I felt to him, and some things changed but overall, most things didn’t. He still lied, and still gaslighted saying that he was always honest and I was crazy. I guess I realise there’s literally nothing left for me to say. Because he doesn’t give a fuck.

One of my closest friends told me I could send these paragraphs to her whenever the needs arise. It has really helped me. There have been multiple times where I'd get the urge to send them. Then, I'd open my phone to search for her name instead. As I am searching for her name, the need for writing these paragraphs lessens. As I finally pull up her name, I start to feel silly. I go to the text box and start to write, then, I feel stupid. So, I click to select all and delete it.

Until this day, I haven't actually sent any paragraphs to her or to any of these dudes. Thank goodness.
