Idk why I accepted mentally a literal FDS fanfic series where we just make up HVW characters that get treated right and not a single bit of pornified nonsense is read. (I should go to bed) Then I realized I haven’t read a single FDS lens fanfic because most series anyone can point out has something gross or exploits women. Can’t win!!!

I like the author Ravyn she does a lot of Rorouni Kenshin I really like Little One

There is also LadyLotheriel and someone else who writes Sunset & Shadows and the Lion and his Lady basically a good LOTR fanfic Wich characters who you know get together but there's no cannon story of how

Also all these are set in mideval stuff so even thought the men are HV they still go to war and get violent and there are still hypersexist institutions the protagonists have to face

Maybe star trek next gen for some more modern situations/ideals. Tbh next gen cannon is the best thing since sliced bread

Two translated Chinese light novels I love are Trial Marriage Husband: Need to Work Hardand Reincarnation of the Businesswoman at School. While some parts drag on, both have MLs and FLs who are HV, and love and trust each other. The conflicts arise from people trying to take them down, not because the couples’ bonds are shaky.

Edit: I just noticed you’re looking for fanfic. I don’t read those because it’s so hard to weed through the gross, explicit ones to find decent stories.

Maybe search for manhwa or romance novels by female authors instead? There's a lot of abusive content to shift through in both of these, but I've literally never heard of a fanfic that displays any kind of a healthy relationship, especially not on ao3. It's usually immature smut or insanely toxic relationships written by hormonal teenagers with weird fantasies.

So I write a lot of OC fiction (I’m currently not hitting any word goals for NaNoWriMo right now but it feels good to be writing again so I’m taking it as a victory) and I wrote a line a few years ago for a story I don’t care about that I’m still proud of because it was so pre-FDS I wasn’t even really on Reddit yet

“If I have to do something as plebeian as date, I’m going to do that with someone who knows my value.”

As for fanfic, idk it really depends. Fluff fics can be pretty HV because it’s just characters doing sweet shit for each other, I guess

There's some great Aliens fics on AO3 with Ripley/Hicks showing a healthy relationship versus your usual dumpster fire of fighting and codependency. Their relationship in the movie was very promising to begin with, so fic authors have taken the original source material and fleshed out a romantic relationship for them, with Hicks courting Ripley properly and none of the mindgame bullshit you find in pop culture.

AO3 also has an "enthusiastic consent" tag with hundreds of stories from tons of fandoms. I suggest looking there, too.

Well, RIP. You'll have to wade through a lot of shit to find what you want. Keep in mind that fanfics are fantasies, so people write whatever, whether it's depraved stuff or fix-it wishful thinking. If you're in the Mo Dao Zu Shi fandom and you like Wangxian, this is one of my favorite fics that I think really touches on a lot of FDS themes: https://izanyas.com/2020/05/03/atc-prologue/. Mind the warnings, there's heavy stuff in this fic. It is M/M & omegaverse, but the fic is not explicit. If you're not into M/M or omegaverse, probably better to skip. The fic is honestly a very feminist, realistic interpretation and twist on a very rapey trope (omegaverse and dubcon, name a more iconic duo).
