I need advice

So I’ve been chatting with guy from Tinder and he lives in another city (something around 80 kilometers away) but it’s not long distance. He still keeps pushing me that I should visit him and go on a date with him but in his city. But the problem is that I don’t have a car and I would have to travel by a train with other people and we know it’s not really smart to do when coronavirus is still a thing. The dude is older and he has a car. He could easily pick me up or visit me here. I tried to jokingly suggest that but he seemed offended. But I don’t know, he doesn’t really respect my health and my well being and I feel tuned off by it? Do you think this is a red flag?
