I just recently re-entered the dating scene (online dating, thanks COVID), and I've been making it very clear that I'm not exclusive with anyone until someone steps up and offers me a ring and a name change and that up until that point I am effectively single. The reactions have been....educational.

Good work! 👑 Keeping a scrotation works wonders. I understand that some woman are hesitant to it, but you're shooting yourself in the foot 'if your principles don't allow you to do so'. I can't have any compassion for chicks without one now... The answer is SO simple: just juggle them, dating becomes fun again since you get to choose! It took a lot of frustration from dating.

A guy ditching the date? Perfect! I could easily block, delete and have some needed me-time. I was actually happy with cancelations because that gave me some rest. I also had the freedom to come to the realization that I didn't even wanted to meet some guys, so then I ditched them since my personal time was more important to me.

I had a huge scrotation the last two times I was single. Fulltime job, huge city, everything as OP described. Keeping a scrotation is só good for your judgement. It easily weeds out the bad men since you have so much to compare to. I really loved being single those two times. I even had a hard time giving it up.

The tips about colleagues, muting your phone, no hands-holding or kissing are very important. Also; tell at least 2 people what you're doing and always share your location.

I rode the "tricycle"; I had three dates a day, following each other closely (10:30-14:30-17:30). It was really fun to do. And so what if they see each other? I don't care. I'm having fucking breakfast/lunch/dinner with somebody. If that's suspicious then fuck it. I'm single and down to mingle. It's even better when they see that you're desired.

But.. Don't forget the stuff afterwards. What if you find a HVBF or an engagement? Make sure they know you dated multiple people if he's asking you to be exclusive. Don't be exclusive right away. My bf had to wait 2 months so I could dump everybody. When you bump into an old date, or you have a fun date story to share, he isn't flabbergasted and you wouldn't have to lie to him. My HVbf loved how hard he had to work for me.

This is great. Thank you for taking the time to write this up! Curious if you ever had issues with the seating arrangement? i.e. not by windows, away from door.

In the US in nicer restaurants you don’t really get to choose where you sit. The hostess chooses for you.

This is a great guide but I would never be able to pull it off. I’m just a very anxious person :(
