I've seen it time and time again. Growing up, my dad would leave for work at 7 am and wouldn't return home until 8 or 9 pm. When he got home, he ate and then sat and watched television.

My mom, on the other hand, got up and got herself ready for work, got her three children up and ready for school, got us off to school, worked all day, came home and cooked dinner, helped with homework, made sure we were bathed and in bed at a decent time, cleaned the house, did the laundry and took care of the dog.

She was also the one to take time off work to take kids to appointments, go to school events and meetings, and get the kids off to their sporting events and then would go and watch them.

Now, my dad did work hard at his job and made money and went to our sporting events as well, but other than mowing the lawn and cooking about once ever 3 years, my mom took care of everything else. Seriously... I remember my dad taking me to maybe one or two appointments in my life. And my mom never got to relax. Ever. Even on vacation, she took care of it all.

The thing is, I thought it was just my dad who was like this, but then I started to look around at my friend's fathers and it was largely the same for them as well.

The mothers were the backbone of family. The fathers were just... there.

So when men say all women care about is money, it's probably because that's literally all you bring to the table. Women couldn't earn as much as a man and provide for her children all by herself. Now that women are earning more, why would they want to take care of an extra "child" in the form of her husband? Some men are more of a burden than an asset.

To male lurkers: I am aware this is not all of you. There are dads and husbands out there who contribute, are stay at home dads, or who are single dads and are amazing. There are also women who are lousy wives and mothers.

But there's a reason why there's a stereotype where dad's are the uninvolved, lazy parent. The majority of men just want to earn a paycheck and then be taken care of by a mother figure that they can fuck.

News flash, having a penis and making money does not entitle you to a wife. Provide something else worthwhile and your wives will keep you around.

Men feel bad they are outdone by their partners. Fragile egos.
We are on the brink of women outclassing men professionally. I personally think men are too easily distracted by simulations - things like video games - that provide them a false sense of accomplishment. So they're less likely to compete in professional ways. As video games become cheaper and increasingly normal, more men get sucked into completing quests rather than earning a degree.

I'm not surprised either, Id never want to make more than my man unless its from my own businesses. Men act as if they wouldn't care if their partner made more but in all reality , only way hed fell nasculine in this situation is if she downplays & deeply in her feminine energy .
