PSA-Dont date band dudes. They still think the dream is alive after 30 and that they will strike it big one day. Also, all their money goes to 'the band' and act like you should be grateful you get to be at the shows.

*caveat-unless they are established musicians. You then have to deal with them going on tour.

to be fair I think Avril was like 16 when she wrote "sk8er boy" she had songs with a less pickme message when she was older like "I can do better" and also "what the hell" but also some pickme songs in between them (eg. "girlfriend") and some mixed songs ("everything back but you") but I think it was a slow progression from full-on pickme to just a kinda pickme but idk. I don't know if her music is representative of her actual feelings so I'm just assuming here lol
