Women having hard boundaries isn't "drastic" or "overreacting". Women put so much energy into controlling their reactions to abuse and trash treatment when they should put that effort into trusting themselves and leaving. Women need to react MORE, much more.

That’s not the first time I’ve come across this line. But I felt it just as deeply as the first time I did. They alway always always know how shitty and misogynistic they are. But they don’t care. And still feel entitled to women’s bodies, despite lacking an iota of respect for said women as people.

I just don't understand HOW after someone saying "I've been telling him over and over that this bothers me and he does nothing". The advice is still, talk MORE. You think he didn't get it the first 10 times? You think he didn't get it when it blew up into an argument? He laughs with his shit friends because he thinks it's funny and he agrees with them. And that's that. At least the cOmMUniCaTe person acknowledged that it is a big deal. Small wonders.🙄
