Ladies need your help here.

Been dating my bf for 7mo now friends for 1yr before that. I’d say he’s a HVM but ofc he has his flaws and all that I’ve accepted.

However, we fight way too often I’d say every week maybe multiple times a week doesn’t matter if we’re together or apart. I feel I address issues 70% of the time and it’s related to me feeling like he’s not treating me adequately by comparing his actions (or lack of) to others around me, feeling like he’s not respecting me, feeling like he doesn’t love me because he’s avoidant and will leave when we argue, get’s easily agitated and will raise his voice in arguments, says hurtful things when we fight. (I know these are not acceptable but continue reading below for why he’s a HVM and I’m being patient w him while he works on these things).

I’m sure I have a high sense of awareness of his actions that do make me feel unloved but I wonder if it’s almost hypersensitivity at this point.

Why am I constantly feeling like I’m being treated poorly and nitpicking his actions (or lack of)? And how to stop so I can be in a happy, healthy relationship and not make men feel like they’re not good enough and that I don’t accept them/constantly want to change them.

Thanks in advance

Edit: He’s a HVM through actions such as loving/holding/supporting me when I’m emotional about my dad who passed from cancer, never forcing me to talk about exes and doesn’t compare me to his previous relationships, wanting to satisfy my needs/cravings before his, checking/refilling my water without me requesting it, asking if I need to work before we plan activities together and being patient when I need to, checking in on my emotional well being, constantly upgrading my technology as I work in the tech space and have to use tech everyday, always reminding me he loves my natural self whenever I feel self conscious about vanity metrics, so on.
