It's women that have to reprogram themselves to believe they are #1, men are living this life by default lol.

They don't even have to be aware of it, like every cell in their body understands that they are #1. Like how many men have we met that DON'T believe they are #1? Even HVM think they are #1.

A lot of women are asking others (as in asking men and popular opinion, which is censored by men) for permission if it's okay to place themselves at #10 in life. It's sad how broken down so many women are.

Oh my God this should be a slogan or something. I remember when my kids father move out, it was the best sleep I had in months. My mind was finally at peace.

Hey if you are having a hard time sleeping at night talk to your doc. A lot of people are having anxiety with covid these days and they may be able to prescribe something non-habit forming. I use either .5 to 1 mg alprazolam or 25 mg quetiapine and an hour later I am out, and getting enough sleep helps keep me emotionally stable despite the stress of 2020 in general!
