Terrible. Also, shame on our American media for their warped coverage of this. I remember reading headlines emphasizing how this was a 'girl's school'. As if destroying a school in general isn't bad enough, they needed to really push their political agenda and go for maximum sympathy.

Something along the lines of:

"Girls are being killed. HORRIFIC.

Boys? meh."

Wow, that's crazy. I consider myself well-informed, and all along I was thinking it was a girls' school. This just shows how complete the propaganda can be and how easy it is for entire populations to be grossly misinformed about things.

Either way it's not surprising that the boys and girls are separate, because Muslim cultures are particularly obsessed with sex segregation. I get that it's hard to take criticism of Islamic sexism seriously ATP because of how it's weaponized by Islamophobes and Zionists as an excuse to attack Muslim-majority countries; but all religions, including Islam, ought to be held accountable for their misandry, not by imperialism but rather by international public consciousness of egalitarianism.

Cross-cultural analysis is important for this movement as it proves that our struggles as men are real and nuanced just like women's. I've also been making observations comparing Roman Catholic misandry to Protestant misandry.

I need to make a post comparing the misandry of different cultures, at least among Protestantism, Catholicism, and Islam.
