Pretty much the same thing happened to me . Was living with my dad and life was great after my mom kicked me out and I was forced to go back home to shit life at mom after a year living with my father . She just didn’t want to lose the child support

Oh yeah. How about this. Bitchy little sister opened a case against me. Not rape luckily. But domestic violence. For finding out she stole my spare phone and taking it back. Pitch to court, she's absent. Judge was required to throw it out. Judge hears my story, tells me we will push it back. Tell her I can't make it I'm already taking the day off work to be here. Didn't make it second time -> working. Judge proceeds to give cunt of a sister the green light next hearing, when I'm absent. Moved out shortly after that, since the stress and fear of false accusations and one call to the cops being the difference between a holding cell and possible record. 'Family' threatened to disown her, but still took her to the courts to open the case. Go figure. I hate them all now, and I'm living back at home again for the time being.

Almost 20 years ago my family lost a malpractice suit where the critical evidence, an X-ray, disappeared from the doctors office and it didn’t hurt the doctors defense. The X-ray would have shown if there was an infection, and the doctors in his own practice gave him opposing advice.

The jury had 3 options. Win, lose, or partial small win. They picked lose because they’d get to go home that day, they’d have to come back to court the next couple days for any win. It was right before Thanksgiving and they would have to come back which would be too much of an inconvenience for them. Getting to court took 7 years because judges, lawyers, and the whole system are cunts that serve themselves and no one else.

If anyone wants an uplifting story about a judge, when I got divorced I did all of my own paperwork and when I appeared in court to finalize my paperwork he helped me correct the errors I made and signed the amendments on the spot so that he could finish my divorce and it was the easiest part of the entire process.
