730+ credit score - this kindof shows her ignorance, "great" credit starts at 720, and if shes asking about your credit score, you're about to sign for her car note.
25-30 - I'll respect an age range, that's normal.
have one car - don't know why she limits it to one, but again, sounds like she's making an optimal list for her to use you and your shit.
40k income - again gold digging for potential use, she's opening the door for you to tell her your income. Never tell a date your income.
have enough money to pay my dowry. She's a bit confused, a dowry is the wealth transfer from the brides family to the groom, to take care of the wife. So that money would be coming from her parents, something you're never going to see from someone raised like this.
sense of style - code words for expensive clothing.
hygiene A1 - pretty normal request
no kids - pretty normal
no baggage - the audacity and irony here
open minded - sure, normal.
has passport - not sure why that matters, but okay I guess.
