Good luck. I hope you have a private investigator, a good lawyer, and are prepared to risk is all to destroy her and her family and anyone who stands in your way. Any hesitation will be used as weakness. If you have damaging information on her I would discuss with a lawyer how to leak it to her family. You need to roast her.

We hope you come out of this with your kids. Remember them in this fight. If she wins... you’ll likely never be able to see them without her approval. And she will use the kids as a weapon against you.

Unless she's a convicted felon, or has a history of abuse or drugs, there's almost zero chance of full custody in most states

Better to negotiate on winnable issues than making it really nasty, let your lawyer deal with details, and be a gray rock

If you want full custody you need to have a very strong reason to give the state to make then think that she is unfit to be a parent because 9/10 the court will give it to the mom regardless of how shitty of a person she is BUt if she has some type of addictions or anything that can be harmful to the child exploit that and expose it and maybe you might get full custody.
