Women who have a lot of abortions also end up having a lot of babies. If you think about it, the women who requires abortions are already having unprotected sex with many men and will definitely keep doing it and will eventually get pregnant again. So its not like allowing abortions reduces the population in any way, it may actually increase it. It just lets women kill a few of their babies before keeping the ones they want when the father is wealthy enough or trapped by marriage.

It's just my own theory, I'm not sure where the data to back this up could be found. Maybe try to find the % of women who have abortions who later go onto giving birth. I would assume that most women do.
Your claim was basically that fewer babies means fewer people is inherently flawed because women can and do get pregnant again.

Your theory that abortions reduces the population has a lot less merit and doesnt even make logical sense.
If any woman who has abortion ends up having children later in life then the abortion will not reduce the population, it just delays the birth of a child.
The only scenario where abortions would reduce the population at all is if women were forced to have a hysterectomy during an abortion, which I would definitely be supportive of.

Agree, but I've heard it phrased another way: men tend to focus on production, and women tend to focus on distribution. It tends to make sense, since historically men were out there hunting or working and so on, while women tended to be raising a whole bunch of children. The guy brought home the big side of meat, and the woman made sure that each kid got enough to eat.
You do need a balance of both. If you live in a hard patriarchy it can be pretty miserable - the slowest guy gets left behind. Men are disposable by nature, so if you drive that production side really hard you can go through a LOT of bodies. You can see cultures that work exactly this way and they are meat grinders.
However, if you just let women call the shots then nothing gets produced. The guy who has to go out and hunt all day ends up getting the same portion size as the 3 year old kid. If the man doing the work is just going to get treated the same as the kids who don't produce anything, then why would he produce anything? Likewise when you obsess over making sure that nobody has more than anybody else, then people who are good at investing and building companies don't have any capital to work with, because it all gets siphoned off to go to people who just live hand to mouth.
You definitely need a balance, but if you're going to error, it is best to error on the side of producing more. If the guy doing the most work has more food than he knows what to do with, chances are he is going to donate the excess to a food shelter (it isn't like he can just eat bushels of wheat), and that means more to go around. When you err on the side of distribution then there ends up not being enough to go around, and that gets ugly really fast.

Wasn't trying to make an argument based on the merits. Merely an observation that, in my personal experience, abortion upon demand is very important to women. An opinion strengthened by the poll results, which was the original impetus for the observation.
Personally I can see arguments both for and against, and I don't know what the right answer is.
But unlimited abortion is a policy of the Left, and (IMO) the Left is hell-bent on destroying Western Civilization. So I have some reflexive antipathy towards it.

There is no better issue that sheds light on how much of a meme equality is. My body my choice makes sense and I 100% support it. What I do not support is having the ability to decide on behalf of the mans wallet. If a woman decides to bring a child into the world she cannot afford that should A not be a celebrated decision and B have nothing to do with an unwilling father.
Men are accused of "trapping" women all the time based on decisions woman make themselves. Women trapping a man with a baby is not only acceptable but celebrated, even opening up a dialog about how you feel about a lifelong decision is unacceptable for a man in this situation.
