Women hate any activity that causes a man happiness, if that happiness is derived independently from her.

A Briffault corollary says that a woman will alienate a man from any friends or family, if those friends or family do not provide a benefit to her personally, such as money, entertainment, a summer house, or other value. I ran a video game arcade in my city for a year starting last November when the PSVR came out. I bought 6 of em and set up my shop and man the stories I have of how bored, utterly incompetent most women are. This isnt an exaggeration or generalization..the PSVR was so cool and I had a glass window through which outsiders could see the amazing experience and ot would be all men- kids, teenagers, old guys. Not one woman entered my shop in the whole year, except once or twice accompanying their kids. Heck I remember I showed a great under the ocean experience to the science teacher- middle aged lady. She sat through the whole thing, then said it was amazing and went away. Then I realized I had forgotten to switch the damn headset ON which was off. So she sat there for 15 mins in complete darkness. WTF

They are strange in that I feel they have higher anxiety levels and very low risk element. You ever notice a good body guy and how the women suddenly almost become "anxious" around him.

My ex-girlfriend hated the fact that I am a gamer. Like you said, they hate that it gives you a form of entertainment outside of them. The goal is to make you completely reliant on them for entertainment. This includes alienating you from friends and family.

My best friend's wife did this to him, as well. He went from a casual professional making good money to a leather shoe-wearing, SUV-buying, no-savings home-buying, super stressed, alienated servant living in some other region of the country away from everyone and everything he knew all his life. Simply to give her what she wants.

And there's nothing special or even redeeming about this woman.

I don't get it, but this sort of behavior is the fault of men. They've decided to go from being leaders to being servants simply to keep things simple and safe. And because everything has been twisted in our society. The blue-pill nature and upbringing has flipped the script. Instead of men receiving dowries we've deemed women the valuable ones in relationships, even though they're generally just burdens.

Don't ever let a woman steer your ship. Not under any circumstances. And always remember, she needs you way more than you will ever need her.

More precisely, women tend to be narcissistic in nature so literally any activity that pulls attention away from her is frowned upon. Women are also highly manipulative and will shame a man for whatever the frowned upon activity is. In this case it's video games but it could just as easily be football or auto racing.

Nice observation, my conclusions from my own experiences are a little bit different.

Women need attention. If they get ignored, they will flip their shit. It doesn't matter if you're playing video games, watching TV, reading a book, studying for a test, or even doing housework. A woman will expect you to drop whatever you're doing and give her attention at a moment's notice. Some activities allow you to be interrupted for a minute and then go back to whatever you were doing without any consequences, but video games is one of the activities where no matter how hard she tries she's not going to get any attention until the game is over. That's what really makes them hate video games. The fact that you're busy and can't be interrupted. If you're busy but capable of being interrupted, such as a movie that can be paused, then they don't mind those activities as much. If you're in a multiplayer game with 12 other people and you try to explain to her why you can't just "pause" the game then she's going to flip her shit, without a doubt. The guy's lucky she didn't smash the thing.

Happened to my brother also, Before he got married he was living in Scotland and we would play online games together like Gunz:The duel and online pool,Now that hes married he says he does not have the time.

He now gets to enjoy "HER" Hobbies such as going to football matches. My brother never ever showed any interest in sports at all, but one day on Facebook both he and his wife both have football shirts on and even have their faces painted in the team colours,

This is exactly how my brother has turned out to be. He moved to a different town about a year ago because of work with his psychotic fiance as well.

I say psychotic because well they broke up twice before getting engaged because well she's fucking psychotic lol. She threatened to kill herself, tried to get him arrested for domestic violence (He knew she was going to do it so called the cops ahead of time and told him them his situation. Thankfully they believed him so when the call came, they ended up filing a restraining order against her), tried to get him fired from his job for abuse as well etc...the list goes on yet he still fucking asked her to marry him. Like what the fuck?

Anyways they moved there and I haven't spoken to him in over a year. She's obviously doing her best to alienate him from his family as well. He used to call me at least once a week.

I miss my brother a lot. We were really close.
