IANAL but she can go after your shares in a corp. It's just expensive to do since she has to bring in someone to do a valuation on the business. Trusts are the way to go.

Even living together will screw you over. Where I'm from if you live together for a couple years the state will declare you "common law" married regardless of if you ever actually married. Then she can still come after you for half of your stuff

Yup, keep your assets as physical and unattached to your name as possible. Got a nice paying job? Cash half of your check every payday and put it in a hidden vault. Want to invest? First try crypto unless you can get around broker customs of IDing. Want to hold real estate? Consider foreign real estate, unless you can skirt IDing customs there aswell.

If the judge feels any of the terms of the prenup are "unreasonable" (among other things) then they can throw the whole document out.
The woman can claim she was pressured to sign it, or that she didn't fully understand it, or any other number of factors that ultimately make prenups much too unreliable to count on protecting you.

Even if she takes me to court when I move out, ironically it’ll probably cost me the same. Never wanted to budget with me and literally all of the food, diapers, formula etc in the house I bought. So if adult food is cut in half and stuff for my son is lessened it’ll probably be the same amount. No more relationships for me after this.
Seriously. If she gets a sympathetic judge (90% chance) you'll have an uphill battle to prove those are legit in the first place. And even then they will only lessen the damage somewhat.

I watched a short documentary about a woman who tried to have her husband killed. I think the young men should watch this before getting married. He was totally in love and she acted like she adored him.
