I'm going to swim against the current here and say that as men, we certainly should find our masculinity before we get married.

I think this is the single greatest difference between those who have a solid relationship and those who don't. I found (thanks to the Navy) my masculine nature before I got married. Which means, I had already laid out the terms and conditions for my commitment and Love.

I chose and would choose again to get married. It works for me, it works for my family, and I am aware that it sucks for a lot of guys who were married then found their true nature - but I think it is crazy for men to think marriage is impossible.

difficult? For sure - but what is there in the world that is worth a damn that isn't difficult to obtain? The struggle is a part of the joy. Finding a way to keep myself interesting and keep my wife motivated is what makes it all worth while.

I fucked my wife last night and this morning I woke up to her holding my cock and when I looked at her she smirked, said good morning baby and then climbed on and rode me.

A wet dick is a happy dick - I went to work a satisfied man.

This is possible for any guy here, but to be fair I think it is MORE LIKELY or at least easier, for guys who expressed their masculine nature prior to getting married.

Marriage used to ensure a man would have that wet dick, these times are gone

Now, it's pretty much chance.

[–]Dirkz2 points3 points4 points 10 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Honestly what gives you this idea? If anything the standard idea, especially in the beta marriage, is that married men don't have sex...

You should take away from this post that YOU control your reality and how your relationships are carried out. Having a shit marriage is a reflection of you and your own actions.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Do you read?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link

Love that you tried to shame me with accusation that I have a shit marriage and its my own fault for being weak. Nice try, better luck next time when you encounter ideas that threaten your worldview

The point is over your head. Let me try a new way.

My marriage is fine. All my relationships are in my frame actually. Otherwise, there is no relationship.

But the one power my wife does have (that no one else does) is the ability to walk away with half my shit and access to my kids. No one else in my life has this power.

I granted her this right. Big fucking mistake

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 10 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

Just to throw some more smoky leaves on this fire:

The kids were the pivotal difference for me.

Half of my stuff was not a big enough of an issue BY ITSELF.

Continuing alimony and child support that may or may would not be used for the benefit of the kids - that was an issue.

Access to them - anything less than me getting full custody would have been a disaster for my kids, and at that time, full custody was a new idea and sometimes wasn't even awarded if the mom was in prison.

I took the contract. Big fucking mistake. (do you hear an echo?)

Now I am in a marriage with NO kids.

I do not cheat now.*

Fix it or leave it. Much simpler. Still working on the fix.

*terms of service can be changed at any time without notice.

Solid analysis

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

these times are gone

For a majority, yes. But a man armed with complete immersion in his masculine self. Do you think the man comfortable with or without the wife, choosing to marry for the sake of increased incentive on her part for the relationship to stay together has the advantage and can 'make it work' the way we all want it to work?

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points8 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The marriage is all for the woman. Nothing to be gained by the man today, high or low value

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I guess, might be ego or just seeing how I have it and projecting that to what everyone wants. I don't know - either way each man needs to own his shit - married or not.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

From a legal standpoint, it is an uphill battle. I don't see needing marriage as needed for your plan, more of a difficulty for the sake of it

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Maybe it was the idea of it, I really don't know. Like I said to CAD - regardless of the choice - each man needs to own his shit. If he's married then he needs to ensure he owns his marriage and himself, if he's not, he still needs to own his shit and lead his woman.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I'll never get married, so thats probably why I see it differently. Common law is fine, really mitigates the risk IMO.

No honour between thieves.

My impression is that he has his inner circle of value he takes responsability for, she is no longer in it, so it's mostly mitigating the damage she could do to him, or the kids.

I mean, the enemy of the "good enough" is the "perfect" seems apt here IMO.

either way. I wager had he known now what he knew before knocking her up, this story would be very different.

If the dozens of married chicks weren't dropping their panties for him on the regular, I'm sure he'd have a much more optimistic view of this, or the frustration to take the chance of kicking her out.

Like a disease killing another disease lol

Most other cultures are much looser than we (US, UK) are regarding the man's physical sexual fidelity. Social, financial and domestic fidelity are all absolutely required and a man is a failure if he is unfaithful to his wife and kids in those respects. Women are expected to be sexually faithful due to the risk of pregnancy. But our expectations of total sexual fidelity on the part of the man (especially affluent successful men with office jobs) is uncommon globally. Maybe there's something to that.

Sad day to revisit my favorite sub, that's for damn sure. Are we men living in reality or whiny females who think we deserve shit for existing? Goddamn. A man down there legit said he wants Big Daddy Government to pass laws saying his wife has to give him pussy.

[–]BluepillProfessorMarried-MRP MODERATOR0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

No laws. I want an understanding that marriage means what men were promised. Cultural pressure has been sufficient for thousands of years but instead we have cultural pressure from women they do NOT need to have sex with husbands and from men/White Knights that men don't get anything just for existing. Yes, that is correct. But we should get something from marriage.

Go on, tell us what men get from marriage. Anything? Anyone? Women get security, 1/2 the money, the kids, the power. What do men get? Still waiting.

A one sided contract that gives one party everything and the other party NOTHING has no consideration and is not a contract at all. The lawyers call it "illusory" and that is EXACTLY the state of marriage today. It is an illusory (and usery) contract that is so one sided no court in the world would enforce it were the subject matter anything except what benefits women.

If your wife doesn't add any value to your life other than her pussy then you have a shit marriage and need to divorce. I know you're religious, but if you can hamster a justification for rape, which the bible explicitly forbids, you could just as easily hamster one for divorce.

My wife adds value to my life in the following ways:

  • Three healthy, southern home cooked meals a day

  • Come home to a clean house that looks good and smells better

  • she works part time and contributes to the household finances. Not much, but last year we used her income to buy a fucking jet ski and a few weeks in a cabin on the lake, and if that's not value added I don't know what is.

  • My parents are getting older. She helps them a lot. Things like taking dad to the doctor and mom to her ladies league, which my wife actually joined so mom wouldn't feel bad about getting the weekly ride. I can't do this shit because of work.

  • Loving care for my children. And I'm not just talking about things like keeping an eye on them, I'm talking about managing their development so the babies spoke sign language and shit. Reading to them daily. Taking them to Church even when I'm at work late so they don't grow up to be pathetic men like you who contort meanings into God's word that aren't there to justify in-Christ-like behavior.

There's so much more, but I'm not going to waste time writing it to you. The fact that you're up there whining about being down voted unfairly when you post retarded nonsense like this tells me all I need to know you're not worth my time. A concept I understand, and why I would not be married to a woman who only added pussy to my life.

Since your mental unraveling is painful to watch I'm gonna go ahead and give you the get out of jail card you need: if you wife quits fucking you she's abandoned you. Your free to abandon her right back. Move into a tiny apartment, then get a fucking life, because this obsession is painful to watch.

Fuck, I'm remembering why I preferred the main Red Pill sub to this den of whining again.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Do you know how to read? You prefer the main sub? This post is from the founder of TRP.

if you can hamster a justification for rape, which the bible explicitly forbids, you could just as easily hamster one for divorce.

Good call! See Chapter 12 of my book: What if I am a Christian?

It's not "rape" that I advocate. It is taking away the sexual denial nuclear weapon. The vows of marriage, as expressed in Whisper's post are clear. I just think they should be socially enforced like they have been for all of human history. That is, sexually withdrawing wives should be ostracized, not celebrated. They should be shamed, not cheered. They should be treated like the defective creatures they are; not the perfect little angels we want them to be.

Call it "whining" all you want but I also don't think men's sexual desired should be shamed and I don't think men sign up for marriage realizing that their wife controls the sexual denial button.

BTW: You are lecturing the wrong guy about wives providing value in marriage. My wife is a business lawyer who makes $180,000.00 a year. She provides considerably more benefit to the business arrangement we call modern marriage than her pussy. She is also a wonderful- if overprotective- mother to the kids. The problem is NONE of those so called benefits are worth anything to a sexually deprived man. None of it matters the slightest.

if you wife quits fucking you she's abandoned you. Your free to abandon her right back. Move into a tiny apartment, then get a fucking life, because this obsession is painful to watch.

This shows you don't understand. My wife quit playing her sexual denial games almost a year ago. During the decades when she was denying and unhappy I did not follow your advice to "move...and...get a fucking life." Instead, I joined this place called "Married Red Pill" where we are figuring out how to apply Red Pill praexology to fix ourselves enough to satisfy the hypergamous instincts of our wives.

The fact that we have done that does not make marriage a viable option to a man today. She still has her finger on the button.

[–]SOAADDICT3 points4 points5 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

You need to oil your wheel, dog. Hamstering that hard is going to fuck it up.

One post ago you said:

A one sided contract that gives one party everything and the other party NOTHING has no consideration and is not a contract at all.

Then:

She provides considerably more benefit to the business arrangement we call modern marriage than her pussy.

So do men get NOTHING in marriage besides pussy, or not?

You're so entrenched in your victim mentality that you aren't even making sense.

Call it "whining" all you want but I also don't think men's sexual desired should be shamed

Do you realize you just said another man is shaming you? Is this a place for men to work out their issues in actionable ways, or am I on Tumblr? Do you have purple hair and 15 facial piercings? This is beneath your dignity as a man.... Although if this is how you act, your (former) dead bedroom seems obvious. This forum is about 7k men. That means a whole butt-fuck of men came here, saw it, and went "nah, I don't need that, my wife fucks me." Of all the men I know only one has a wife who doesn't fuck, and he's flabby and clingy.

Now, I work in a VA and have for most of my career, so the men around me are mostly other docs and military men... Maybe they are not a fair representation of the general population. But this idea that all men aren't getting fucked because of "modern marriage" is a HAMSTER to excuse the failings of you and the other men around you. It's not yooooour fault, it's soooooociety. #WhineyMaleLivesMatter

I think you're probably a good dude. You're devoted to helping other men, clearly, and that's admirable, but you don't help yourself or anyone when you excuse failing with the idea that "society" did it to you. I'm sorry if you feel like I'm being a dick, but I hate seeing good men speak the words of social justice fairies more than anything else. Even more than wives who don't fuck. And you're a leader here. I know you can do better and I want to encourage that.

[–]BluepillProfessorMarried-MRP MODERATOR2 points3 points4 points 10 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

I am far more angry for most men than I am about my own marriage so there really is no inconsistency. My wife adds considerable value but she is a true Proverbs 31 wife and far rarer than rubies. Even so she was rebellious and cruel for many years and living in a sexual desert makes you realize that all the other "value" is meaningless without regular sex. So yes, she adds real value and yes, at the end of the day the only thing of real value she adds is between her legs.

I am not using Social Justice Warrior talk but Men's Rights Activist talk. You are welcome to call it out because there is no doubt it closely resembles SWJ rhetoric. You are welcome to argue that it does not belong in Married Red Pill. You are welcome to call me a faggot and a fairy for using my PhD sized hamster :)

I would argue that The Red Pill has an entire flair devoted to MRA and that MRA is integral to Married Red Pill.

Of all the men I know only one has a wife who doesn't fuck, and he's flabby and clingy.

You should get out more. DB's are extremely common. My brother didn't have sex for 3 years before his divorce and I personally know at least 5 men who are in desperate DB's.

Do you get the concept that social roles have been unbalanced and that this is not just because "men are weak" pussies who need to man up? Have you ever taken a social science course? Do you understand what has been done to young boys in the education system?

[–]SOAADDICT1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You are welcome to call me a faggot and a fairy for using my PhD sized hamster :)

Hamster's get powerful when you give them doctorates, that's for fucking sure and it takes self knowledge and insight that I respect to be able to acknowledge that.

You should get out more. DB's are extremely common. My brother didn't have sex for 3 years before his divorce and I personally know at least 5 men who are in desperate DB's.

I believe you. In my group of friends, it's not a problem. But the men I hang around are boss. I don't seek or retain weak-ass male friends. I often find men like that are bitter and will try to take you down the first time they see an opportunity, so I avoid them.

Maybe I need to get out more and observe the average American man a little closer. Or maybe we both should get out more, because just like my friends are not a fair sample of the population, neither is MRP, TRP, or the hellhole of echoing whines called deadbedrooms. I know you spend a lot of time here helping men and I respect that, but it probably skews your perspective, that's all.

I don't disagree that courts need to be more fair towards men; but it's also cultural. Men, for instance, get "alimony shamed" (e.g. Nick Lachey) by the media. Women who make less then their men but still make livable wages should not get alimony. Conversely, men who forego careers to raise kids, should get alimony like their female counterparts. We need to further engrain that concept with feminists, unfortunately, to have any groundswell.

As far as advising young men not to get married, it's counterproductive. They'll look at you like a bitter old man just like many of us did when our uncles told us the same shit. Better advice is to give them a checklist to evaluate their woman. Or a fucking "independent audit" to make sure it's a good idea.

Agreed. Reminds me of a comment I made over in Rollo's blog in a similar thread of conversation...

Currently, the easy, go-to answer is “just don’t”. “MGTOW is the path to happiness and prosperity.” In ‘marriage 2.0 land’, where the stakes are high and the odds are overwhelmingly stacked again you, this is a rational strategy. Unfortunately, only a small fraction of men are able to pull this off because the vast majority of men are rigidly hardwired to mate, provide and protect… and the FI knows this and uses a man’s ‘noble nature’ against his own best interest. We can argue all various, valid reasons why MGTOW is a failed strategy, but the most important and damaging is that 99.9% of men are not wired for it, it’s not a sustainable/achievable strategy, and it only sets up men to fail.

From a ‘bottom up’ approach, men should be educated that women are no longer operating, in good faith, from the same playbook and that in our present-day fem-centric society vetting a woman (and in particular, her family), next to building and living a life on his terms, is the most important endeavor he will undertake.

[–]antariuszLTR0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That comment would be great as a submission on its own, up for discussion.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 10 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Thought provoking.

Yet so many line up to sign a contract where the terms are not stated, and, those terms can be easily changed at anytime by a party outside the marriage (the government) that has a track record of poor judgement.

Once the marriage contract is signed, then how does one manage? What follows are thousands of words of text here and in books, and, thousands of hours of effort to minimize a badly designed and ever changing contract. The longer the contract exists, like an STD, the harder it is the get rid of if, that was one's desire.

So to mitigate this inherently bad design, society and all of it's minions both male and female, set out an ongoing dialog to encourage male adherence to what is so often a disadvantageous life for men. And this works, because the vast majority of men believe this dialog and do not question their roles as enablers of their own plight.

Well Fuck me, I'm going to get a drink.

The Tooth Fairy visited me last night. Said I was being a pussy.

She said,… "look here you old_stupid_loner, you scratched out a fine living out of your businesses, what good did it do to complain how hard it was. The contracts and the government regs were shit there too. Just man up and shut up, or just be a fuck up."

I said, thanks Tooth Fairy, hows about a BJ?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

That's one toothy BJ.

More on point though, you scratched out a living with crap government regs, and it did no good to complain about em... you just dealt with em. And if there was a contract you didn't think you should sign, I guess you didn't right?

and you would be bitching a lot more if there was a one liner of fine text on the bottom that said "by signing this you agree that you are signing this other contract that you can't read"

Does no good to bitch, except to get it out and deal with it.

That was the arbitration clause…

And I hate toothy BJ's.

Said it before: Marriage. I'm a fan.

You have to go into it with your eyes open not in some fog of romance. The old "marriage is not to be entered into lightly, but soberly, advisedly etc..."

Before my son proposed to his wife, now the mother of his son, he asked me for advice and we spoke several times, at length, about the wisdom of this life altering choice. He's a serious guy.

This is what I told him.

1) Keep your expectations realistic.

2) When you get married, you will still have all your own problems but now you will have her problems too.

3) Make a list of what you don't like about her and imagine it much, much worse. Can you live with it?

4) Don't let your relationship/marriage be the defining element of your life.

5) If you are getting married because you think you want to have children then you better have some lengthy discussions about what kind of parents you want to be.

("I give my kid everything!" or "We just let 'em bootstrap." "Kids need to be beaten hard, and often" or "Oh no, we have a colored clothespin system for teaching junior about boundaries!")

5)Wait another year to see if you still want to.

It might work out or it might not. That's life.

Im married, it was a mistake.

Its an agreement that is all liability no reward for a high value man

Tempting though it may be, I'll resist the urge to construct a faulty syllogism involving my reward and the level of my value as a man. Lol.

I'll just say this, if my marriage had been a mistake, my children (adults now) would sufficiently ameliorate it for me. But, I'm getting to be an old man now. Lol.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day. We have guys coming in here all the time who complain about a problem constantly but never fix it. If you're going to marinate in your bitterness that you can't go back and change the past what's the fucking point? Do you want to just come in here and tell guys who aren't married yet don't get married because you're miserable? Are you going to live vicariously through them? Do you truly believe that everyone is going to come to the same conclusion as you about marriage at some point?

I have a lot of respect for you and blue pill professor but the two of you seem to speak from a place of bitterness and resentment. When you live in a place like that you're allowing yourself to be taken prisoner by others. There's no point in living like that it doesn't seem very self improving or red pill to me. You are very clever and an important voice here. I feel like if you were not most people here would tell you to stop whining and leave.

50% of a marriages end in failure.

80% of those are ended by women for nonsensical reasons.

40% of divorces involve FALSE allegations of sexual or physical abuse of the wife or children.

30% of divorces involve parental alienation of affection committed in a calculated and constant campaign against the children. Overwhelmingly the culprit is the custodial parent aka- the Mother.

Your non-psychotic bitch can turn on you in a heartbeat. She may already be cheating on you and she most likely has her escape fully planned.

Tis true, it's how I earn my daily crust.

So, ok, here goes. The best thing about it is that when it fails it keeps people like me in business.

Ha ha ha ha! Just kidding. I don't do family law, thank God.

Seriously though, I had a positive experience (not least of which was the fact that my wife liked me to fuck her on the reg) so I am not free of bias.

I do not believe that it is outmoded as of yet but certainly it is no longer as necesary as it once was. It makes the business / legal matters of family life and old age run much smoother. It's an appropriate step for those who can do it appropriately. The problem with it is that the parties do not share an understanding of the terms. I do not mean to say the terms are the same in every marriage. They aren't.

Too much focus on the wedding, not enough focus on the marriage and you're doomed.

Is that enough sophistry for you?

Will I do it again?

It's looking less and less likely. At a dinner party last night I met a woman. Very, very attractive, gym bunny, articulate etc...

Before the night was over she told me she is in the midst of a divorce and proceeded to show me how, using her iphone, she is tracking on a map and keeping a record of, the movements of her (soon to be) ex-husband.

Modernity. I'm no match for that. Lol.

what you are saying is that you were lucky enough / thoughful enough to find a woman to walk your path with you. I do not mean any woman. I mean a woman who could, by talent, and skill, and disposition, to walk along YOUR path, With YOU.

Letting down my stoicism, I agree with this. Completely.

I mean I get the whole leadership thing. I do. I was a infantry company commander. I commanded 200 trigger pulling knuckle draggers. So I get it. But....some people can't be lead. This is why some people are chaptered out as "failure to adapt". Trouble with saying that out loud is then people use it as an excuse. YOu have to go the distance before you can make the call. Do everything you can do because, well...it won't be different unless you fix your issues, and it's different for us all. But if I had known going in all this? No. I wouldn't have given it up at all.

I am going back to my stoicism now because the recent rash of posts have been really depressing. gawd.

I don't know if my marriage will survive, but there is no guarantee of that RP or not.

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points8 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

You have dropped some awesome knowledge on me and provided me with insight I hadn't had prior to reading responses you've given - but this "Letting down my stoicism" really stuck out.

If you take the stoic approach to things - it is something you are not something you do. By saying you are 'taking it down' it means that you really are caring about things and letting them affect you, you're just able to mask it most of the time.

Instead of doing that, why not just - not let it affect you? You could have made your comment without the introductory point of saying - Game on guys, I care now. You should always care, just not let it control or affect.

It isn't a switch you flip off or on. read those depressing posts and then let them roll off you like rain. they are opportunities for you to learn, chances to help another, and reminders to keep yourself on point. None of this should impact you to your core - we are all brothers linked by a decision to get married, look for opportunities to learn and help, don't let it wear you down and feel like you have to admit to 'letting your stoicism down' to admit you would not have gotten married.

You care and that is fine, that needs to be embraced as it is a part of your masculine nature.

There was a post on MRP a few days ago about whether MRP is "Red Pill." The fact is that most, if not all of us here, would not have gotten married if we knew then what we know now. That awareness, I think, settles the debate.

Question is, what to do about it now? I have 4 more years before my options open up again, so right now it's all about preparation and self improvement. When the bell rings? We'll see, but it will definitely include a 3 month sabbatical where I remember who I am again.

Bill Burr is right. Ain't no shame in sleeping on a futon if you are happier there. You just gotta own your situation and figure out what YOU want to do - ride it out, or eject?

[–]PersaeusMRP APPROVED0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I am also 4 years out from the freedom to choose my path without first handing the reigns to a judge. Could you elaborate on this 3 month sabbatical idea?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Trying to put it concisely:

When we got married, things were simple and happy, but we had less than a week of marriage before the shit hit the fan. Personal/family complications began to hit us one after another for over 10 years. Some of this was unavoidable (medical problems, death), while other stuff was (family drama), but it all took its toll. Both of us think of the first decade of our marriage as being a tiresome grind of duty and obligation. We worked well as a team in this partnership of marriage, but we truly had no honeymoon. Things only began to get easier when I discovered the power of "no", but both of us have come through this trial different people than when we started.

While AWALT and no unicorn, my wife is pretty TRP compatible in that she was raised overseas and has a pretty traditional set of values. I don't doubt her loyalty, but she is still infected by that cumbersome desire for consumption and social competition. Most specifically, her understanding of marriage (as provided by her upbringing) is the beta-bucks equation that sees me working as a mule for shit we don't need until I die of a broken back. I have done very well for my family and "keeping up with the Joneses" has never been a problem until more recently, as she sees her social peers now buying larger houses and shit as their husbands hit their strides. I am not biting, opting to work less for the same lifestyle rather than harder for more, and I have let her know in no uncertain terms that while there is a base level of what I will provide, any extras she wants she can earn herself. This has forced us to really start talking about the future - and there are some significant differences in what we each foresee. Our marriage has basically been one big fucking job, and we have spent so much time dealing with the work at hand that the idea of what happens when the job is over is new territory. I will see the job through because it is a labor of love, but afterward? I don't know.

So, what I mean by sabbatical is that as we approach that day when the mandatory aspects of the "job" are over, I am going to lay the groundwork to be gone for a few months. My plan is to get out of civilization and out into nature for a while, possibly take one of the longer trail hikes on the West Coast. She can do whatever she wants. I want each of us each to reflect about what comes next. The idea is not abandonment or even complete radio silence, but to separate physically and conversationally for a large period of time in order to hear my own thoughts, consider my own needs and to think of just myself for a while. To be fair, she deserves this time to reflect as well.

When I was a young man, I went camping with my friend and his huge family. We all got up Sunday morning, hungover as shit and slowly packed up our things, all thinking about the jobs and families we had to get back to by Monday. My friend's grandpa looked around at all of us milling about and said, "You know what, I think I am going to stick around for another day or two." And that's just what he did. He wasn't rich, but he lived in a luxury that I envy to this day.

Let's redirect this a bit. What would be the necessary changes to be made to the marriage institution before it became a viable option for men again?

Whisper, in the linked post basically tells us- we need to get back to the original contract. That is-

  1. to have and to hold from this day forth

  2. Forsaking all others.

"Having" means fucking.

Basically all MRP does is say: If you women are not going to live up to the 1st term in the stated contract, then we men are not going to live up to the 2nd term.

A better option would be to begin FORCING women to live up to their promise in the contract. The first thing that MUST go is not unfair custody laws but a modification of marital rape laws. I agree a man should not be permitted by law to throw his struggling bride down and take her like a cave man while she screams and cries. He shouldn't have to. The terms of the contract are clear that he can TELL her to go to the bedroom and take off her clothes. She doesn't get to use sexual denial as a tool to seize control of the relationship and that is exactly what has happened.

"Marriage" does not even exist any more. Instead it is a corrupted, hybrid institution to funnel money from men to women and children while men are not even entitled to sex with their own wives. What the fuck kind of Bizarro world do we live in?

Haha this is ridiculous. If you can't get your wife to want to fuck so you have to force her to do it against her will you're weak as fuck as a man. You don't want to do the work to become someone worth fucking, so you stomp your feet and demand it no matter how fat, needy and weak you are because you have a contract or some shit.

Sometimes you have to put in effort to get what you want out of life. I know it's hard. Buck up, buttercup.

Between you and Cad, I swear the downvotes are real lol.

I'll take your question with my own answer.

Time machine, have every adult I ever knew growing up stay married happily

Leave to bp professor to bring sense to an emotional argument.

My opinion ? Get the state out of the contract. If I have to craft my own legal contract with a female it's damn well going to have some marital , financial and sexual guarantees for me.

IMO, freedom is TRP. Being free to make my choices through informed consent not through brutal legal tactics or emotional or legal coercion.

And MTP/TRP is extremely important to that decision because it's praxeology not philosophy.

None of this will ever happen, not even worth naval gazing about.

None of this will ever happen

It will if men refuse to sign the State's contract, maintain their own separate household, spin plates, and tell the womminz to fend for themselves. When the Sexudus takes hold, then it WILL happen and it will happen QUICKLY.

Men dying horrible deaths is fine- but if you inconvenience women, THEN there will be action.

Maybe in USA. In Canada, it's common law after 2 years of cohabitaion.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

When did that change? Other than QC, I got it in 12 because the CF gets an exemption, otherwise would have been 6

IANAL. Just what I've read from Canucks posting on the manosphere.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Get the state out of the contract.

Yep. Most don't know that a marriage contract is a 3 party contract, man, wife, and the corporate State of Whatever, and when you get a "divorce", it's only the man and wife, the corporate State of Insanity is still married to each one.

Is this subreddit for americans only? You have just really fucked up laws there. Being married is not the same in every part of the world. If I divorce tomorrow, I will pay about 150$ a month per kid and that is all. All property accumulated during marriage will be split, things before marriage and gifts (even houses) will not be split, don´t see how that is not fair.

I have been married 10 years and I don´t regret any of this. Great sex, nice family life...since I let myself really go. Wife dried up, googled "how make wife wet again", found red pill and thing getting better.

My wife sometimes watch these american shows, where they buy wedding dresses and getting married. 99% girls are overweight bitches, Don´t get how anyone could marry them. But there is usually some guy, slightly thinner than bride, paying some ridiculous money to spend a life with this ugly thing. Jesus watch her 300 pound mother for christ sake, hoping your wife´s future will be different?

And did somebody actually thought that having some paper get him to fuck a girl as much as he wants? I get all this media conditioning and disney love but really? You actually thought that after gaining 50 pounds your wife will suck you dick?
