I'm a hard gainer. I've been thin my whole life (125 in college, 150 when I married at 33) Never had to worry about what I ate. That changed when I hit 40, not that I was never obese (maxed at 170), but I was skinny fat. I'm 5' 9", stuck at 150.

Found this sub last year and started making changes. Doing SL5x5 for about 7 months now. But here is the rub. The fat literally melted off. Lost 30 lbs in 3 months. Dropped to 148. I'm getting stronger. There is much more definition, but I can't seem to put on much weight.

I'm tracking macros. For the past month been eating 2500 cals a day, 225 grams of protein a day, and about 70 carbs. Checked this morning and really packed it on! 1 lb! 1 lb! It's like I'm stuck at 150. BF at 13%...with a total runners physique.

My SL numbers on my last lift were squat 190, bench 100, oh 100, deadlift 200...not much to you linebackers, but all PR for me.

Any suggestions are welcome.
