Greetings Gentlemen:

Some of you are aware of the change in leadership over at RPW. At the previous moderators request we put up a notice on the MRP sidebar that posting in RPW can get you banned from both subs. This has now been removed but we continue to urge new readers and those still trying to swallow the Red Pill to refrain from posting in the henhouse and post your questions exclusively with MRP (and TRP) because that is where guys get help.

However, if you are a more experienced Red Piller (or a Family Alpha-er) :) with something to contribute for the ladies, you can now post in RPW.

Under the new RPW rules men are allowed to post. Please follow the rules if you are going to post in RPW:

Male-centric advice is not permitted. Do not give advice to women which is primarily intended to benefit men, or is based around male desires without considerations for women's desires or goals. Male users will be scrutinized more closely for compliance, but this rule applies to both sexes.

In addition, please be aware that RPW is NOT like MRP and it is being designed as a "safe space" for women. This means:

harsh speech motivated by personal rancor, or direct insults for any reason, are not allowed.

Call out bad behavior but do not cross the line!

We now resume our regularly scheduled programming.

It seems that RedPillWomen is mostly dudes now.

For the first 2 weeks or so posting fell off to an unsustainable level. Those who felt it was important for this sub to not die from complete lack of participation stepped up to keep it going temporarily. Now it's gotten to a point where discussion is flowing again, mostly from women, which is great.

Would you rather people created female sock puppet accounts for this purpose?

Personally, I consider the TRP, RPW, and MRP subs important and interdependent parts of the greater manosphere, potentially synergistic when they each function well and interact constructively where the venn diagrams overlap.

As for the RedpillWives sub, it's too bad there had to be an unpleasant split, but I give them credit for upping the quality of discussion at their new home.

The record is pretty apparent about what happened. The rest is just details and hamster food. The little girls got butthurt over something or other, most likely a post, which ended up in you getting into a fight with RPS so you all quit before he demodded you rather than discussing the merits of the butthurt causing post, critiquing it, and downvoting it. You are governed by emotion not logic. We get it.

Except I have no sympathy for you and no support for anything you might try to do. You RPW mods have repeatedly bashed MRP, called us names, mocked us, and held your association with "Red Pill" over us as your moral compass and validation since we started as a Reddit. Indeed, when we first started to get traction you came over with /u/redpillschool trolling numerous threads claiming that MRP is not the one true "Red Pill" and that "No red Pill advice is given on this forum" along with several other unhelpful comments for a new Reddit trying to find it's way. You accused us of collaborating with the Blue Pill. You claimed we banned RPW's from participating when all we asked was that you pretend to be somewhat respectful. You RPW mods have expressed obvious disgust that a married man would dare to improve himself because, of course, YOUR husbands are 'NATURAL' Alphas. You have claimed that your magic vagina Alpha detector is infallible so any man trying to improve himself is "fake."

Throughout this adverse history we always treated you with respect as fellow RP moderators. We reached out to you repeatedly to discuss collaboration between the men of MRP and the women of RPW and each time it turned into a nagging, shitfest of criticism and bitchy behavior on the part of the RPW mods.

I realize it grates and grinds you girls to now be dealing with the hapless betas on MRP but you should read Stoney more closely and realize that a single drop of sugar will get you a lot further than the gallons of sour vinegar you throw around.

The thread was just to notify guys of a small change that there is no longer a practical ban on posting in both MRP and RPW. The statement you quoted is precise and accurate and I will not walk it back because it happens every time.

Four points:

I am not complaining. I am noting it for the record and I note my accurate history has not been refuted or challenged.
Calling out bitchy behavior is not a victim puke.
We would not be punching anybody in the face for associating with a girl like I described so accurately. We would be saying NEXT the bitch.
This diversion was valuable for me because it appears that "Red Pill Wives" teaches the same snarly, nasty, bitchy behavior we have observed and then they say "send our wives there and we will teach them how to treat you right. Yah, no thanks.

Let's put it this way, TRP says horrible things about sluts, except the plates slutting it up for them personally, yet they come to our sub and tell our women to be sluts. They say to have sex with men immediately in hopes of getting a man. Basically they suggest throwing your genitals at every man in hopes that it eventually sticks to one.

In reality, there are plenty of high value men who will wait a few dates for sex. At /r/RedPillWives we suggest vetting a man before sex to make sure he wants the same things out of life that the woman does, and to get at least a commitment of exclusivity: neither party has sex while the two of them are in a sexual relationship.

The women on our sub aren't going for the PUAs or men who plate women, and really, most of us are married or in LTRs; the single women on our sub are looking for a good man to which they are attracted and compatible, a man with a clear direction in life who would also be a good leader.

You don't go on /r/Christianity and extol the virtues of the devil, LOL.

I don't agree with the analogy, because it sounds to me like /u/Whisper was arguing that the RPW recommendation to make the man hold out for sex was not necessarily in line with a woman's best interests in modern times. So he wasn't representing TRP interests; he was representing women's interests. Whether Whisper is a man or not is irrelevant; a good argument is a good argument regardless of who makes it.

It sounds to me like the RPW mod team has unilaterally decided what is in a woman's best interest and is creating a safe space where you can preach your doctrine to other women without having to deal with good arguments against your doctrine. That kind of heavy-handed moderation is appropriate for a support sub for people who are traumatized and vulnerable (e.g. /r/raisedbynarcissists), but why does RPW need to be so strict about censoring dissenting perspectives on how women can best achieve the goal of getting commitment from a great man? Why aren't downvotes and good counter-arguments enough to deal with the likes of Whisper? As mentioned before:

indeed having some dissenters around to act as a foil for one's good arguments can sharpen everyone's understanding.

Dissenting opinions in this case = a bunch of reddit dweebs wanting to further their agenda by infiltrating a sub full of like-minded women. Look what happened to the old RPW when those men were let back in; the women who were left in the sub have gone silent, and now it is overwhelmingly men in there chatting among themselves.

In our sub we do discuss the issues, and there are dissenting perspectives that we discuss. There's no reason in the world why we have to cater to whisper, or men in general, on a sub for like-minded women.

Does TRP allow women to come on their sub and extol the virtues of monogamy and marriage? No they don't, so why don't you talk about them "relying on censorship rather than downvotes and counter-arguments to handle dissenting perspectives"?

If you were to give a good argument, I might change my mind.

We don't care if you change your mind; we aren't recruiting, and we aren't there to change anyone's mind. We are there to enjoy talking to other women and discussing the issues that appeal to us.

I think I can answer that.

The rationale is that the "red pill" for women is traditional conservative (tradcon) values, and that any other opinion is not only off-topic, but dangerous... dissenters are not only wrong, they are the devil, who dispenses evil advice in a seductive package, leading the sheep astray.

But most of the tradcon types weren't around when we came up with the red pill. They came later. And while we have some things in common, we were building an forum for lots of opinions, not a throne and a scepter for theirs, and theirs alone.

We are not the alt right. We are not the altar of traditional values. We are not the temple of Jesus. We are not white nationalists. We are not Trump for President. We are not pickup gurus with a special offer of $495 for a two-weekend seminar course in how to pull more hot babes. We are definitely not the "save civilization" movement.

We are a bunch of people spitballing ideas.

Nope. That one happened after.

The issue the old mod team had was that I have a consistent message to women that they didn't like. Goes like this:

The old contract is broken, and women broke it. Probably not you personally, but it's still gonna blow back on you. Life isn't fair.
This means that holding out for the traditional deal isn't going to work out for you. High-option men won't go for that.
Sex is no longer hard to get, so you cannot extract commitment by withholding it.
You're going to have to work your way up. This means that you have to have something else in your arsenal besides sex, and you have to assume some of the risk.

Naturally, traditional conservatives don't want to hear this sort of thing. I didn't really care when they banned me from RPW for saying it, but when they devised a scheme to ban me from askTRP, the whole mod team was furious, and told them they had to behave themselves.

They decided to take their ball and leave.

The group has suffered no visible reduction in subscribers, so we'll see where this whole thing goes.
