A somewhat practical guide to fighting false accusations.

False accusations have been discussed here, and as much as feminists say they are rare, they fail to provide decent evidence for it. And if we question them, we are misogynists.

Know that it could happen to you

Be mentally prepared for it all time, don't be lured into false sense of security. Just accepting this simple fact can lessen the shock and keep you level headed. It will stop you from making stupid mistakes and mentally prepare you for what is to come.

An Ounce of Prevention is better that A Pound of Cure

Stay away from unstable women, BPD women, Bipolar women. Johnny Depp has learned that lesson the hard way. Tell tale sign as there, inability to control emotions, verbal abuse, irrational peaks and lulls, getting physical. Observe women around very carefully. If possible gather evidence against them like angry texts, record their outbursts etc.

Build a War Chest

You need money to fight, whether its is in actual court or court of public opinion. If you want to take her to court you NEED money. What amount of money that is needed may be many thousands of dollars, save it, take a part time job, whatever you need to do. The knowledge that you are financially prepared for a long haul fight will help you not give up on yourself easily.

What to do if police come knocking?

STFU

You have right to remain silent, dont say anything, Plead the 5th I repeat it dont day anything, you just have to type on google to learn about innocent men who spend decades in jail because confession was coerced out of them, then DNA evidence exonerated them. You can't win against police, dont try to just STFU.

When you are in interrogation room, don't take anything from them, to eat or drink. If they dont have a case they can't force you to give DNA evidence without judge's order(may vary with jurisdiction though, but you should not voluntarily give it without advice of lawyer). False positives exists and you may be fucked so don't do it if you don't have to or if it is not needed to prove your innocence.

Lawyer

Straight away ask for lawyer, ideally they are obligated to stop questioning you then, if they question you afterwards there is a chance that this can be used to throw your case out.

If possible have a lawyer beforehand, not on retainer as that is expensive but as someone you know and can call to. Remember the phone numbers of few lawyers. If you have trouble remembering numbers you can use mnemonics or memory palace techniques.

Preparation is the key here. Time to find lawyer is before you are arrested not after.

Case goes to trial

There is a good chance if you are falsely accused that case against you will be thrown out in preliminary hearing if you don't incriminate yourself or are very unlucky. Even if it is not prosecutor will generally drop the case as they don't want to have a loss in their track record.

Now prosecutor will throw everything they will have on you to make you so scared that you take the plea deal so that they don't have to go to trial as they could loose. If there is no public pressure on them, they would generally drop the case. You need to have mental toughness here. If you falter they won, you lost, its over. (I am not a lawyer or your lawyer)

My advice can only take you this far. If you have to face a trial then you have decisions to make. If you are so unlucky that all the evidence somehow points towards you even when you haven't done anything, then you need to decide what is best for yourself.

Defamation

Should you sue or should you not, suppose you are not arrested or charged, should you sue for defamation or damages. Knee jerk reaction says yes, but you need to understand the probability of case actually getting heard, and probability for you winning.

Johnny Depp was very unlikely to win but he still went along and was victorious at the end. That decision you need to make for yourself.

Just prepare yourself first, gather all the evidence you can (through messages or PI) and only file when prepared. Understand that it will take years so be patient. You will also need money here, again making money is done before your house is on fire not after. Be prepared.

Freedom of Speech

Your case for defamation may not be heard because of 1st amendment rights of your accuser but understand that you have those same rights too. But what you don't have is the right to a wide reach, you need to earn that for yourself. Best way to do it is through social media.

Through social media, you can reach hundred of your friends real or virtual, your family in an instance and share your own side of the story. Social media will give you power to narrate your own side of the story and spread the words that your accuser is a false accuser and everyone should be careful of her. In this way not only you could protect your reputation but also protect others from it.

If you want to go further to tell your story, you could print flyers of your story and distribute them. If you have been falsely accused and your life is destroyed, you could make sure that everyone in country know that that happened to you. (Now it may open you up to litigation yourself, like Donald Trump, so be careful, I guess you will get your day in court then, I am not a lawyer).

Same right of freedom of speech that help the one who falsely accused you will help you. You need to be careful of as it is not absolute though and you may open yourself up for litigation.

Court of Public Opinion

Now legal issues aside, feminists have made the habit of trial in court of public opinion as they don't have to provide evidence for their BS and only way to fight in court of public opinion is to fight dirty. There are no rules, anything goes, So if you find yourself in court of public opinion don't back down, keep fighting and they all will move on to an easier target. Make sure that they regret the thought of accusing you of things without evidence. Expose them to the world. When the cost of accusing you will become more than the satisfaction they get from destroying you, they will back down.

You will hear that from women around here, don't believe it. Not all women are falsely accusing men, but by supporting movements like believewomen and not calling out feminists bullshit when they support amber heard even though she has been proven liar, they are complicit.

They are complicit when they call themselves feminist and feminists destroy men court of public opinion to be later found innocent.

In conclusion be mentally, physically and financially prepared for the worst. If it happens you will be ready, if not you will just have more money in your name. Maybe feminists are right, maybe false accusations are rare, but I don't believe them, and neither should you, cost is too high.
