If you are the sort of person that tells women that they shouldn't do normal stuff like decorate their car because rape, you have only yourself and others like you to blame when they line up to hate on men and fight "rape culture".

Do you really believe that rape is so common in society that decorating a car in a way that identifies you as female is high risk?

Why are so many people leaping to the assumption that this is about rape? When I saw parking lots mentioned, I assumed this was about preventing purse-snatchings. The news has run dozens of stories about criminals who wait around in parking lots, and having a girly car sticker would be a sign that you might have a purse.

Don't put girly stickers on cars, don't wear long hair or ponytails because rapists can grab you easier, don't wear skirts so rapists don't have easy access. Sounds like I just shouldn't be a girl.
