They can. But they're unlikely to get arrested or charged for it. A lot of female rapists are let out for it without consequences. Some laws make it impossible for women to rape men by legal definition.

Yes, female teachers do it by coercing young boys who aren't genuinely consenting. If not that, rohypnol is a thing. It's pretty much proof that while one can use physical force and violence to rape someone like we see men (biologically, we are stronger), that physical force/strength isn't a pre-requisite.

As for accountability, it varies. A lot of people tend to glorify it by saying things like "where was she when I was in school?" Pop culture hasn't helped either given that a lot of movies and shows have turned it into a Romeo & Juliet type of affair where a younger person is sleeping with their teacher or a next door neighbor.

Yes they can rape a guy, but no, a lot of countries give woman the privilege of never being able to be arrested for rape. The UK being a case in post where a rapist has to use "his penis" to penetrate for it to be considered rape even when the victim is a child of any age.

Technically yes however usually they’ll need to get the guy hard by force and he doesn’t give approval it is rape. Can a girl get away with it? Yes a woman can. With the current legal definition of rape, no she would not arrested for raping a man. A woman could be charged and arrested for assault, but thanks to feminism the definition of rape requires forced penitration of the victim.

However, erection and orgasm do not equal consent for either gender. Wetness does not equal consent. All are biologic reactions. The body is a machine and it is designed to respond automatically to stimuli. So a man being sexually assaulted by a woman can get an erection even though he is saying "No" and honestly is refusing consent. An automatic physical response does not equal consent.
