I read all the hate about MensRights. I came here tonight and read the top posts for a few pages. I saw nothing but people who wanted equality.

I subbed just recently. Fuck the bullshit on the rest of reddit about this place.

The problem is most new subscribers are lay people. They are not MRA's passionate about men;s rights, and worse they have second-hand knowledge about men's injustices. For example, "my cousin's friend husband left his wife for no reason...both men and women can be awful."

When these people meet the SRS and Jezebel troll, IMO the quality and mission of this sub loses.

Another type of lurker non-mra is the arguer. Not quite the troll, but is only hereto quarrel for fun, yet lacks intelligence about the topics.

Evidence can be found on the down votes to clearly pro-men's right comments and posts and intelligence and insight of comment.

I would wager that there is about 2-3 hardcore mra'ers and 3-4 srs trolls and 7-10 lurkers reading this sub at any given moment.

Let the down votes begin.

It's a dilemma. This is one of those subreddits where I look at the front page every day or so and prefer to not have it happen on my live feed. AntiSRS is roughly the same, and for the same reasons.

I guess I should sub so that the count of /r/mensrights people isn't artificially lower than it should be.
