Incorrect title. The event isn't pro-circumcision. The event is anti-male.

And the summary about the speaker who will discuss circumcision, doesn't say he (she?) is pro-circumcision. It does say the speaker is anti-reality, i.e. s/he dismisses claims that a person missing a part of their body, is not missing a part of their body.

It's really ironic that they say

Of course it's a woman giving this presentation. Any man could tell you it's not harder for men to deal with sexual rejection because most of us get it all the time. But constant rejection can and will cause one to feel useless, angry, and frustrated. I doubt this woman has faced a tenth of the sexual rejection most men have received, unless she's truly hideous. And if she's not, she may very well have never faced it. Even the best-looking of men face sexual rejection from time to time.

As far as social recognition, men aren't born with a womb, which is arguably any society's most important resource, and certainly was in the past. Early Romans had to literally steal women from other tribes because there were too many men and not enough women to ensure survival of their tribe. Men have to EARN social recognition. Something this woman seems unaware of.

Where did the headline "pro-circumcision" come from? From a quick look at the link some people are arguing that intactivists are partly motivated by other factors, but that does not nullify the standard arguments. This is not "pro-circumcision".
