That's a great graph.

Over the weekend a woman was complaining about the Wage Gap. I made the tongue and cheek reply, "well, that's because men are better workers and deserve to get paid more."

I said it tongue and cheek and got a laugh, but I saw her recoil a bit.

Then I offered girls do better in school and academia than men and boys.

She immediately said (without irony I may add): "Well, that's because girls are better students than boys."

I nodded and said, "it's interesting you can believe girls are better students so easily, but the moment men are better at something, it must be a societal bias."

Hopefully now you understand my previous point.

This is not because of sexism. There are more women with average intelligence but more males with high and low intelligence. So obv more mediocre success is gonna be by women, while women complain about all the highest positions belonging to men. This also explains the poverty distribution. Let's not do the same bs that women do with the wage gap, stay respectable.
