Liars gonna lie.

Lies of omission (e.g. omitting that spousal consent is required for sterilization for men too, not just women - and is not requird BY LAW, but by preference of the physicians, or omitting the fact that spousal consent to terminate a pregnancy is not required) are still lies.

Feminists put together the gender pay gap myth based on their own false premise, refused to conduct legitimate analysis of the data in the creation of it, ignored legitimate analysis of the data and their conclusions after they published the bullshit study, and continue to ignore the constant and thorough debunking of it. Despite all of this, they continue to double down on it. They, and anyone who continues to propagate this myth are fucking liars.

The only people I've seen as attached to a faulty conclusion despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary are flat-earthers.

Isn't it funny that "inflexible working hours" is a way companies discriminate against women.

It affects every person equally, regardless of gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, etc...but somehow women are the only ones who think "the clock" is discriminatory.

Someone needs to do a gender pay gap comparison by income level, because part of the problem is the whole "Bill Gates and 10 homeless guys are in an elevator, on average they are all billionaires," thing.

The simple fact is that the commercial world has been dominated by men, and this is only changing slowly, which means that the truly wealthy people just happen to be men, which is not at all the same as saying that men, in general, get paid more than women.

A very small proportion of men get paid ludicrously more than any human being could possibly be worth, which skews the statistics.

Then builds her whole delusional, Tolkienesque saga on it. With its fascinating maps and individual characters with their detailed family trees and mythological histories and languages. etc etc.

Never has to prove the premise of course. Just a nebulous, emotionally evocative, non-disprovable claim.

The Pay gap conspiracy is really simple. HR departments have two things. Access to see how much money each employee gets paid and a disproportional amount of female employees.

We should be up to our eye-balls in stunning and brave whistle blowers armed with Real, Definitive, Smoking Gun proof of systemic pay discrimination. But we're not. Because the gender pay gap claim is a lie.

Several issues, "look at many engineering type jobs where the 'good old boys' either won't hire women/minorities or will make life hell for them if they do?" Where should we look exactly, I don't see any sources or statistics. If anything, STEM fields have been found to have a 2 to 1 preference for hiring women over equally qualified men.

I've spent so much time reading research about the wage gap. I've exclusively read sources provided by feminists. Not one has supported the claim that women are paid less than men for the same job, and I'm certainly not convinced that differences between men and women are caused by "steering" or discrimination.

As for the allegation that women couldn't get a divorce or control reproductive choices without male input, does she think men could divorce women or that men aren't ever denied vasectomies unless they've had kids or get their wives' permission?

And yes male lawmakers have a say on the matter of abortion. That's why they were elected. Who would this woman prefer have a say on abortion? Obama, Biden, and Schumer, or Marjorie Taylor Greene, Amy Coney Barrett, and Sarah Palin? Either way, all were elected by a majority female population.

Companies who offer everyone the same medical benefits are wrong for doing so because it forces their own choices onto women? Rather than the fact that companies don't have to offer a damn thing? And not mentioning that men get the same package?

she thinks that people are not hiring her because she's a woman rather than that she isn't qualified or wants more money than they want to offer for that kind of position?

And that STEM jobs are purposely not hiring women and not that the majority of women have no interest in working those jobs? And that the shifts are purposely set from 8-4 or 9-5 to make sure mothers can't work?

How do people become this delusional?

Wasn’t the pay gap made illegal in the 1980s and what consists of a close substitute now is people looking at the different life choices women make that result in less opportunities financially within the roles of making income? Reality is that if you want the outcome of the industry to be leveled equal that will be considered rights of equal outcome and not rights of equal opportunity which now is no longer a case either with the affirmative action policy Obama project which again promoted the same thing being rights to equal outcome.

Regardless that would mean no matter how many months or years a woman takes off for personal maternity leave they can always come back and have the same position and paid the same which shouldn’t be equal because there is no such thing for men. Also the performance of the woman in that case will no longer exists so she will be a burden to the team both legally and financially especially if she is paid by salary. That means a woman won’t be in the office won’t contribute and will not be of benefit to the company and to top it all off she won’t show any form of efficiency to be able to earn any promotion or raise if she wanted to because she would be not suitable for working if she was in 7 months of pregnancy.

If you were to choose a woman who doesn’t have leave and doesn’t get pregnant they will have equal opportunity to make the decisions that men make to make more money. Men are often more willing to work longer hours and willing to work overtime more often statistically than women. Men also are considered the minority in America because there are more women nation wide then men. But that’s not all. If a woman makes the same decisions the man made in the work force than she too will be paid the exact same as the man. This means literally everything they build their projection upon is complete rubbish. Of course now a days we are seeing women being accepted through the doorways in careers more than men and it’s because this ideological conflict that feminist project and politicians pander to. This is why we get less opportunities than women in the work place. We work confidently and we are actually supposed to be trained through hands on methods to make things work better. If we don’t than we are neglected as the black sheep of society.

For smaller businesses and companies they can afford to ignore the main issues that relate to the fact there are hiring quotas for people such as female or minorities required. Large corporations are often pressured by government to enforce hiring quotas of minorities more than anything else. It has gotten worse over the years and now there are even some corporations that stopped growing because limitations of how many people their allowed to hire due to these forms of affirmative actions. Universities follow this ruling as well.

I'm glad you made that point because it's the best argument against the gender pay gap that I know of. You cannot simultaneously believe that women get paid less for doing equal work and that women are underrepresented in STEM fields due to sexism. Capitalism simply does not allow it. If women did equal work and you could get away with paying them 20% less for it, they'd be the only ones with a fucking job.

The gap has been debunked 1,000,000 times. People of ALL backgrounds, race, sex, and ages earn differently from each other. This is due to many factors and personal choices.

except sadly, all too often it is. bad experiences with one group leads to generalisations and frustrations with that entire group (see 'men need to stop harassing women').

I'd say its rarer to encounter a bigot who's being ridiculous that it is a bigot grounded in personal experience.

yes , there's gender gap some places. the reason? girls will easily get those easy but low value jobs. but the dudes have to work hard so he MAYBE will get a good job
