Backup your video to the cloud and make sure syncing is turned off so when the file gets deleted from your phone it will remain in the cloud.

Livestream would be the best choice I think. As far as the police go then that would be the best choice. I’d like to see what the police does when the whole thing is live and the world is watching them. In fact I’d like to see a police try and force me. That will be the day they regret joining the academy

If you're on android you can add a file called ".nomedia" to any folder to stop its contents showing up to other apps. If you add it to the folder your camera stores it files to none of them will show up in your gallery or any other apps.

Alternately you could stream it privately to a YouTube account so it's stored externally. That option might work the best as YouTube is available on all devices.
