I would argue the list from OP (or similar) applies to friends/family.

Additions:

2.1 Once you know you dont love her/him anymore, GET OUT ASAP. What I mean is, if you are living together(probably obvious if your married), get out of the same living spaces immediately. Do not try to be the nice guy and say "oh maybe she/he will change and needs time". Once you see red flags and do not love them anymore, its time to move on. If there are kids, yes I know you will want to work it out because of the kids but it is a bad idea if you stay - I am living example of deciding to stay because of my son but then she falsely accused me and it was the worst thing I could of ever done in my entire life.

3.1 ...in any way! You may just say, 'oh, its not that bad, i can deal with it/this'. No! thats wrong mentality. Abuse is abuse dont matter from who its coming from. And if its currently happening, speak up! and if needed, get the authorities involved(the system may be biased and f*ked in your country but do it anyways). They want respect, then they need to show respect.

We need to continue striving for equally so that means that we men have to stop subscribing to the belief "happy wife happy life" mentality - some(me) would argue this type of mentality is what got us here in the first place.
Its fine to love someone and dedicate your time feelings for them, especially when you are first getting to know them. But if you are not seeing same love and dedication reciprocated back to you, then this is immediate red flag. Some(me) put the pieces together once its too late.

I have others but those are just 'per person' basis based on likes/dislikes but the above are core ones in my opinion.

Never commit to women with a promiscuous past.

Never play step-daddy to single moms, especially with multiple kids from multiple men.

Never settle for a white feminist. If Boomers had Nazism and Communism, then Gen Z has what I like to call Third Reich/Wave Feminazism. They will manipulate their way into getting what they want, whether it be taking matters into their own hands like a BoSS BiTcH or simply playing the wounded gazelle/victim card.

I would add. Sometimes it can seem reasonable to have a relationship that is transactional. You can convince yourself you both play a role, you both keep up your part of the bargain, and you are both better off.

This won't work. Here's why:

In the usual arrangement (man provides) the deal becomes worse over time for a man. The draws on his wealth increase exponentially over time while the value she brings to the table diminishes over time.
Women have all the power in relationships because they have the backing of the state. You have no negotiating power. They can renege on the deal anytime with no consequences and the state will still point a gun at your head and force the wealth transfer.

This is actually really good advice.

This sub rarely has actual good advice. It’s too focused on hating women.

There are so many great great men. Great partners, great sons, great brothers, great friends, great neighbors, and great colleagues.

Please be true to yourself. Everyone deserves happiness, kindness, and safety.

There are so many great men and women in history and today. Forge your great future with loving and supportive people that believe in you.

All of us want love and kindness.

Please believe in yourself no matter what. History is filled with people that had adversity. If you are a kind, hardworking person who has empathy for your fellow man you will excel.

I believe this list applies to everyone. As a woman who was used for her house and money, was in a violent marriage, cheated on, and did not know my self worth until my late 30s. We all need to be kinder to others and ourselves.

Never settle to begin with. Always give the least amount of effort needed just to keep ‘em happy. Always be ready to up and leave when things don’t align with you anymore. Especially if you’re chasing goals, don’t EVER settle for women. They’ve proven time and time again to be a burden rather than a blessing.

Tools, only use them until you don’t need them anymore. That’s the only way to go about it. And NEVER spend money on them. Make them work for it like we do.

No affection, if you say I love you, only say it maybe once a month, don’t always be there for her, keep your distance at all times.
