There's no hook for "Oh, doing this causes pain" like biting would do, this is a normal interaction that is normally used to express love (touching in general, some countries call it something like "skinship", and child raising experts generally agree that a child is entitled to this, as many often die without it. It's an expected part of raising a child, and if you have a problem with it as a parent you should probably just not be a parent)
So what this bitch is doing is teaching her son that his mother will randomly, and with no warning, start rejecting him. To a 3 month old that is a life threatening situation, she is actively destabilizing his supposedly safe and secure home environment by putting her wants ahead of his needs.
And then patting herself on the fucking back for it.
This is a disgustingly blatant example of how women feel entitled to put their own social validation over the duty of care to their own children.

There is a time and a place to teach children about saying no. When it is ok to say no. What is ok to say no too, and such. For instance, learning early that it's not ok for others to touch their "nono zone" is a very good quality to learn.

Also, in case you no one told you (and i'm very sorry for your kids if so), childen need physical touch as infants. It's part of their development, before they are capable of understanding what words even mean, much less even the concept of consent, which makes this about as productive as teaching calculus to an insect, because she's expecting him to have the knowledge and awareness of an adult.
This is often called "parentification" by child abuse experts. She's ignoring his needs as an infant and putting her wants as an adult above them, while being in the position of caring for this boys life
