You can get a good 24 hours of audio on an 8 GB SD card (probably a lot more with a good VBR codec and a noise gate for silence). You probably already carry a device capable of recording audio. Start wearing a wire.

Moving out is the first step, if you believe that you need a complete plan in order to act, you will act too late. Get out, then figure out what to do from there.

Next step would be contacting domestic violence charities. You may think "they won't take me seriously because I'm a man" which may well be true, but you won't know that for sure unless you actually contact you.

Also, she's 17. If the age of consent in your area is under 18, she still can't claim rape, her legal guardians (IE her parents) would be the ones to claim it. If it's not under 18.... well...

Sounds like she has Borderline Personality Disorder. If possible you should covertly record one of her outbursts or false accusation threats, but your first priority should be getting out of the relationship.

wait until she is not home. Call the police immediately. Tell them what she said about reporting you for rape etc. and tell them about the incident with the knife and how violent she has become.

Move out immediately with their escort. Return to your home even if it's embarrassing. This is the best possible option that I can see in your situation.

No matter how embarrassing or shaming it is, you have to get away from her. By informing the police of her intentions to issue false reports of rape and violence, you will short-circuit that threat. But you must make sure that you get to the police alone and first. If you need to leave the house to do that, then do so but don't let her know where you are going.

Go out with your g/f. Take her to meet some trusted witnesses, preferably a mix of hers and your family. Make sure the conversation includes how happy she is.. basically, make sure it is known that you are on the level at that point.

Inform her and everyone there that you are breaking up with her because she has been abusive. Take no guff. Do NOT go back home with her. Have this prearranged. Have your things picked up by a friend, but do not re-enter the home without 2 other witnesses present.

Make sure to explain that she has threatened you with this false rape nonsense. Make sure everyone at the table is mortified. This isn't the time to play down how bad it is.

And then, swallow your pride and go home. This girl CAN kill you. Don't act stupid. It doesn't get better. She will only find newer, more insidious ways to trap you.

You need to leave. Plain and simple. A friend, get humble and go back with your family, anything.

Would you rather live with them, or in a jail cell? cause that's where this woman will put you, if not in your grave.

Do what you need to do to get out, but in the meantime you need to document any and everything that happens. RECORD everything. Go out now and get a digital recorder and learn to use it quickly, so you can catch everything. Get one with a removable digital memory card so if she smashes it the recordings will still exist. You'll just have to get someone to copy the files to a computer. Make online backups to an account that only you have access to!

Don't be alone with her if you can help it. Get in good with neighbor that you can trust, so that if she starts to fight you can go there and they can back you up. If you need to, expose them to her violence, so they know what you're dealing with. There's got to be someone nearby, a neighbor, office manager, landlord, nearby shopkeeper or somewhere you can go to that will call the police for you and back you up that she started it.

That's still not the best advice. The best advice is to leave. As a man who has a false assault case and a child custody battle (do NOT get this girl pregnant!!!) ongoing, I can tell you first hand, that I'd rather be living out on the streets than with an abusive woman or in jail. Your mileage may vary.

Whatever you do, you have to hold her accountable for her actions and formulate and enforce boundaries, both physical and otherwise and stick to them. Do yourself a favor and start living for you. She walks all over you because you let her. I know that's harsh words to hear, but in 99.9% (100% real statistic, I promise) of the cases it's true.

Immediately get away from that ~~woman~~ girl, and never get back with her.

Say they started dating in high school when she was a freshman at 14 or 15 and he was a senior at 18. They go to the same school, is that still pedophilia? Say they continued dating after that, would that make it any different? What if she was graduating this year? It's not that big of an age difference when it's seen that way.
