Another few we don't have:

The right to equal reporting of crimes against males and equal empathy for the victims. I posted about this here. The implications of this are horrible and should not be underated.

The right to talk about any of our problems without being scorned as weak by both genders, and laughed at generally.

The right to not be group-blamed for crimes by people we just can't control. You may have heard, for example, about the woman raped and murdered in a park in Australia and how the prime minister himself stood up and blamed all men for it. You won't hear about the two men burnt to death in their own beds by their female partners and you won't hear the Australian media declare all women responsible for those crimes. Nor will you see adverts and TV shows, paid for the government, that call out women to peer pressure other women to not abuse their male partners.

But you might hear people claiming that the cold blooded murder by petrol of two men is evedence enough that those men were abusers. You might also hear it was somehow self defense under the notorious and debunked 'battered woman syndrome' argument where calculated murder by a woman is itself evedence the man was beating her.

Not all rights work for everyone, female genital mutilation is far more of an action than Male genital mutilation. They are different things and therefor with different consequences and therefor different rights protecting individuals against those sort of things, having a circumcised penis isn't that big of a deal compared to having your external vagina removed.

Give me evidence supporting your second point.

Rape is not forced sex, it is unlawful sexual penetration of the vagina, anus or mouth.

There is no right stating Women should be punished less for the same crime.

There is no right stating you have to give up your life for a Woman.

There is no right stating Violence against Men should not be treated equally as Women.

The child should go to the best parent, biologically Women are more nurturing and caring.

There is no right stating Men have no right to become Parents, if there was No-one would be born; Male + Female = Child. Both are parents.

, just because their are laws against FGM and not MGM does not mean it is not seen as unimportant.

That shows exactly that its unimportant.

FGM is far more extreme and cause Females to be in pain for the rest of their lives unlike MGM

You got some facts to back that up? There are cases of males losing functionality with their penis because of circumcision.

I can agree there are varying degrees of FGM, and that they are all bad. NO ONE should be removing parts of any child for reasons beyond medical necessity.

I don't understand why you have a mentality that both need the same amount of laws purely for the sake of your ego.

This reasoning is laughable at best. Its not for my ego. Not in the slightest. You want to talk about equality, but then argue its okay to chop off a piece of a child that in no way needs to be chopped off BEYOND MEDICAL NECESSITY. Why? Why are you arguing that its okay?

The latter is a problem because we live in a society where women can berate and ridicule men with small penises.

Also, in answer to your initial question let me pose a few points to you:

Socially, male sexuality is seen as seedy and a bit gross, whereas female sexuality is seen as empowering.
Homosexual men are seen as sissies whereas homosexual women are seen as empowered, and incidentally gay men are seen as a bit gross.
Fathers in practise have more chance of having limited access to their children, and are more likely to have to sacrifice wages to support children then women are after a divorce.
women currently have a higher average wage than men, when looking at specific job roles (especially entry level roles). however women get away with peddling nonsense about this incredible 'gender pay gap' when it doesn't stand up to basic scrutiny.
boys on average score far lower than girls in test results in school, but no specific support is given to correct this.
If a woman accuses a man of rape, his life can be ruined over night.
famous and influential women can claim that toxic masculinity exists, however men of the same standing cannot claim that toxic feminism exists.

basically anyone who is paying even the slightest bit of attention can see that women have far more privilege than men in 2018, but they can get away with what they do because many many years ago they were oppressed.

wrong, wrong and wrong. If that was the case would you be ok with legalizing the 2 or 3 types of FGM that are less damaging than mgm? (labia removal, clitoral hood removal, and both combined) Type 4 FGM is just a fucking pinprick on the clitoral hood. Felony. Is that really worse than cutting off 15cm squared of tissue?

actually there is. The Violence Against Women Act specifically states that violence against women is more important than other (violence against men)
