Stop derailing the main issue, which is the guy's life is already being destroyed pre-investigation. The only appropriate response is outrage over that. His actual guilt or innocence is irrelevant to this point. Less gutlessness please, more courage.

Just sounds like a more 'recent' iteration of the case against Bill Crosby, except instead of 30+ year old complaints, it's 10-ish year old complaints.

We have enough studies from psychology regarding memory to know to memory is not set in stone; what you remember from 10 years ago might not have happened as you remember it. This is enough to cast doubt on the claims, arguably reasonable doubt, without any other corroborating evidence. In the Cosby case, that would have been getting bloodwork & rape kits done to have reasonably legitimate proof that those women were drugged and assaulted, on record, and if we're going to be sincere about it, would have lead to Cosby's arrest within months of having drugged/raped people, instead of 30+ years.

I'm at a point now with all these claims against celebrities that I think the statute of limitations should apply to domestic rape cases, frankly. If the woman isn't going to raise her complaint within days or weeks of it happening, nevermind a decade or longer, then it clearly wasn't "that bad" enough to act immediatly against it. This isn't about "not believing the victim", but for fuck's sake, if you're going to wait so long to press charges, it only tells me that you didn't think it was that bad to begin with.

Innocent until proven guilty BUT the lifestyle he had then, in his own words was very unhealthy.
