Personally, I don't care if women want to go topless.

However, I know that this is a controversial topic. Some people expect sexual victimisation of women to increase with the lift of a ban. However, I am skeptical. I see the sexual victimisation as being committed by sexual predators and those ignorant of the harm they are doing with their actions. So I would expect victimisation to stay the same.

A number of studies have shown most crime to be committed by a small percentage of men.

1 % of the population accountable for 63 % of all violent crime convictions - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3969807/

The average rapist rapes 6 times - https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2021/04/12/bidens-claim-that-average-rapist-rapes-about-six-times/

Over time, the sexual aspect of a females' chest should be deminished as society becomes desensitised to viewing it.
