I literally gave this sub the idea for an app that would protect men and women, to sign digitally, perhaps with a fingerprint, before any sexual activity, detailing their sexual consent, outlining what acts they were open to, and if a pregnancy happened after, what they were open to doing about it. Sure it’s clinical AF, but it’s written protection and proof. And I got downvoted horribly. And here Spain is basically using that exact idea.

Even if you make such "consent form" and she signature she wants to have sex. The woman can claim she accepted to have sex but WHILE you were having it, she changed her mind and you didn't stop, and that's legally a repe felony.
