I've only recently subscribed to this sub, but the more I read, the more I realize there are a lot of injustices against men. This happened to me several years ago, but I just thought I'd share my story. It was my junior year of college (2005 or so). My gf at the time contacted a professor about working in a lab. I went to campus with her and decided to go with her to talk to the professor. As we walk into the female professor's office, she says, "Oh, I'm sorry. I only hire people from under represented groups." So, because I'm a white male, I can't get a job? I had a different major and didn't care to work there anyways, but is it even legal to openly say, "I only hire women and minorities"? My gf was the only white person there, but that's a whole different issue.
