For male accused they've expanded the idea of rape to almost surrealist extents, through webs of theory surrounding consent, while for female accused they've miraculously stuck to the older idea of rape strictly being physically injurious sexual intercourse against persistent resistance.

There is a fundamental lack of understanding as to the biased laws in certain countries. I post this only to educate, as I personally only realised this recently.

In some countries, it's literally not on the statute books that a female can rape a male, regardless of age. 'Forced to Penetrate' is not classed as 'Rape', only 'Sexual Assault' etc.

Therefore, if the word 'Rape' was used in such a headline, depending on jurisdiction, the news outlet could be at risk of legal action.

It's a legal definition thing, as in the eyes of some countries laws men simply 'cannot' be raped by women. And it's entirely wrong and it's fucking sick.

"Both men and women can be raped but only men can commit rape. "

Morbid but is the only upside of women dominating the education system is, with no men around all these monsters get the spot light on them, with no men acting as a lightning rod. All the focus goes on these scumbag women abusing their position as caretaker/ educator.

These are the consequences for allowing generations to be raised in their echo chambers and circles jerks with their ideas never being challenged or forged through the scrutiny of intense debate, rather being coddled and enabled. That's not exactly a gender thing, you won't find news articles that say rape if the roles were reversed, either. That's a harsh sounding word to put as the headline, not that it isn't accurate. The crime is statutory rape, it all comes down to whether the courts actually try to punish her or if they only deem rape a serious issue when a man does it.

I'm pretty sure the press can't call it rape unless the person has actually been charged with rape, or they risk a libel suit.

And given how rarely women are charged with rape...
