The problem with this is we have to de-couple the idea of false accusations and any other not guilty verdict. I think a lot of real victims might worry needlessly that if the charges aren't proven in court that the whole thing will get flipped around on them, so there must be a clear cut difference between unproven and maliciously fabricated accusations.

The best reason I see is so that people in the area will know that they might be taking a risk of being falsely accused if they become intimate with the false rape accuser.

Agreed. And maybe if false accusers had to deal with just a tiny bit of the treatment that men who are falsely accused had to deal with they'd stop making false accusations.

If the man is detained or arrested, they ought to be charged with physical battery as well, as well as false imprisonment / kidnapping.

I've had this exact thought before. The should be put on a list that is publicly available just like any other convicted sex offenders.

Feminists say that 99.3 percent of all rape accusations are real. Therefore .7 percent are false accusations. A man in prison for rape will himself get raped probably 100 times per year. Out of 1,000 men in prison for rape, seven of them are falsely accused. After ten years in prison,they would have been raped 7000 times. The women were raped 993 times. But those 993 rapes are more important than those of the innocent men raped 7000 times.

You realize the first thing thats taken for most of these is a basic cheek swab. Not really invasive over all. This will get down voted here but fuck no for this.

I mean I can agree if they are force milking the guy and taken a rectal exam sure. Thats a sexual assault level crap right there but over all I have not seen many cases of then forcing this on folks. If Im wrong please point me to them. (And Im aware of a few young offenders cases where they tried and it was denied to do to some one).

Edit: Not saying the person should not be punished but claiming sexual assault for a person not doing it rings like a false rape accusation.

And by falsely accusing someone they also occupy law agencies that could instead have been pursuing real crime cases.

If a man pissing in the bushes is a 'sex offender' the way the laws all of these feminists have passed say he is, then yes, false rape accusers should be labeled the same. It's clear that an actual sexual offense is not remotely necessary to be put on these lists.
